Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Excellent hotel, great location for Disney, great breakfast, the room was nice with all the appliances for cooking. Free shuttle to Disney. And very near to Orlando Premium Outlets I would definitely come back to this hotel.

BY FAR, ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED AT IN THE LAST 5 YEARS . FROM THIS LOCATION WE WERE IN CLOSE POINTS OF ALL THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS ( SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL AND DISNEY, ) NOT TO MENTION CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING CENTRES AND THERE ARE PLENTY.THE HOTEL STAFF VERY VERY KIND. BREAKFAST SELECTION WAS GREAT. WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY AT THIS HOTEL CHAIN AT THIS LOCATION AND LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AT HAWTHORN SUITES AGAIN , AS A MATTER OF FACT WE WILL BE MAKING SURE TO MAY THEM FIRST ON OUR TRAVEL PLANS FOR HOTEL ACCOMIDATIONS. The hotel was great. My only complaint was it seemed that we came back for a nap around 1pm every day with my daughter and that was when they wanted to clean the room every day. We had asked for earlier or later but there was a language barrier. I should have asked at the front desk. Hotel was clean, pool was nice, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, especially since it was included.

Great location, close to everything, outlets, malls and theme parks.

Everything was great with the hotel itself. It was only other guests who caused my sister and I to submit complaints. The hotel staff/security did what they could and, in general, the noise was fine once these "disruptors" were in their rooms, but while still in the hallway there were no holds barred. Damage was done by then. Might suggest to hotel that they keep adults only on upper floors. The hotel's included breakfast was fine. They changed it up slightly each day and it had yogurt to cereal to doughnuts to eggs and bacon or sausage. Most everyone could find something I would imagine. Hotel had free shuttle to/from Disney parks leaving at three different times starting at 8:30AM. It took 15-20 minutes to get to Epcot which was their only stop (unless you were going to Universal). Their three time-choices of return trips were a pick-up at Epcot only and started at 6PM. I might mention also that if one arrived at the pick-up spot half an hour early, the bus was usually there by then and one could get a seat. There were days when it was standing room only. As mentioned above, the hotel also offered a shuttle to Universal for $10 round trip. My sister and I considered it, but the return time was too early for us, so we decided to split the difference: Paid the $10 for the ride there and caught a taxi back. Once dropped off at Epcot one has to find an inner Disney transport to other parks. The only one we had difficulty locating was from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom (you have to take the Monorail). Other than that, things worked smoothly and we visited Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. All in all, the stay was good.

Checked in for one night and then moved to Disney resort. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were not in good shape. Furniture was ripped and very distressed. Kitchen was old and run down. Needs to be completely remodeled.

Saturday to Thursday stay. Kennedy space center. 2 days at universal studios. Sea world. Vending machines instead of the small shop area in the lobby. Nice location close to all attractions in orlando

They placed us in a handicapped room which was not requested or needed. The room lacked certain amenities a traveler comes to expect, such as a luggage rack, a fixed shower vs. a hand held, pillows with a decent fill, tissues, a bathroom vanity. After the 1st nights stay we spent the day at Disney, returning to our room at 4pm. The room had not been made up until we requested it. I was told that housekeeping works 8-5 and they were going to get to it. At this point I requested a new room and was refused.

Great location for access to most attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was okay; could have had more variety. Nice well-equipped rooms.

We went to Disney World while we stayed at the Hawthorne Suites. The hotel is close to Disney, shopping, restarants, and more. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for us and we loved having a kitchen. Saved a lot of money being able to pack food and bring it into the Disney Parks. Would stay again next year!
