Hilton Bonnet Creek

Here for a conference, staff very helpful, room comfortable, excellent wifi, if you don't have a set budget, it will be a nice stay, however if you are on a budget, parking is pricey and so is the room rate.

Expensive but nice!

Nice hotel with an amazing pool. Expect a resort fee - $22/day. Additionally be prepared to pay for parking - $16/day for self or $24 for valet. The additional charges make it more expensive than other hotels in the area. Convenient location. If the weather is nice, make the time to go to the pool. Very relaxing and nice property. We were there for a wedding so didn't get to explore the restaurants much - but seems to have lots of options for a staycation for locals! Rooms aren't soundproof so try to get something away from the elevator.

Great Hotel but Pricey Extras

We had a great time atthis hotel. The staff is excellent and the pool area is fantastic. Our only issue was that the food variety was limited (I think all the restaurants serve Magerita Pizza) and the extra's are very pricey. You may get a great price but you will roll up a big bill if you eat and play here

Fantastic stay at Hilton Bonnet Creek

Staff were great especially the girl on reception when we booked in giving us 4 days complimentary breakfasts, nice touch Hilton! . Hotel I could not fault food very good clean comfortable rooms with great view of Disney resort. Till next year when we will be booking the sister hotel next door the Waldorf just for that little bit more luxury but we will still be popping round to the Hilton.

First time in Disney

The hotel is beautiful. Didn't know it was in the Disney compound. The staff was very virtuous and helpful. The pool area is great, especially for people with children with them. The complimentary shuttle bus to Disney sites was great and the complimentary allowance for children 12 And under to eat free was great too. Overall a great experience.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

Buy your attraction tickets with the help of a concierge at your hotel. Don't buy in the advance because you'll never know how the weather will be, especially in the summer.

Great alternative to Disney Hotels

We recently stayed at the hotel while in Orlando visiting DisneyWorld. We chose the hotel because of the value when comparing to the Disney (on property hotels). They have their own shuttle which is shared with the Waldorf (right next door) which had frequent service to and from the various parks. The buses were never full, so we never had to wait for a later bus and they were always on time. We also selected because of the pool. We knew that we would be spending part of our time there and it did not disappoint. The pool was great. My kids (6 year old twins) loved the pool and the lazy river and they kept it at a very comfortable temperature. I felt like there was a good mix of people there. The hotel wasn't packed with families with young children which can be overwhelming. There was a good mix of families there with young children and families with older children (high school and college), and then people there just for business. I felt like it was a good escape when leaving the parks. The food was good at the casual restaurants, we never ate at the nicer restaurants but I assume it was good too. Yes, the food is overpriced, but that is the way it is with every hotel. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. Pool service could have been a little better and bathrooms were a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 children, but for the price it is what I would expect.

Relaxing Getaway

PROs: While this is not within Walt Disney World Resort, the location is nice if you're looking for a more exclusive place close to WDW. The provide high quality shuttle service until late at night if you don't have a car. The hotel and room are clean and spacious. We had a corner room so it was very quiet with a wonderful view of the pool. Service was very friendly - they even called after check-in to make sure we were comfortable. You can buy WDW tickets at the concierge without any hassle. You can walk and share amenities with Waldorf Astoria next door. CONs: The shower pressure was very weak. Lobby/public area can get a bit noisy with work functions/conventions. You have to pay for self-parking. While the shuttle bus to WDW is convenient and comfortable, it may take around 45 minutes to reach your destination as it makes rounds to the different parks. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and I think this is one of the nicer and well-managed Hilton hotels.

Try the Zeta Bar Sushi Lounge. We got a free drinks coupon upon check-in so decided to try it out. The tab may be a little high but it was delicious.
