realy is the perfect spot to stay
it was conviniant to everything universal studios and from the 9th floor terase you could see the harry poder castle thats how close it is. was a positive experience.thanks from hernandez family

shopping for souvenir shopper world,short drive to all atractions.longest drive is to airport 20 minutes. need gps keep in mind u-turns are legal most pleces.

Great space, bed too soft and springy
The hotel experience was great esp watching Harry Potter movies while in the pool with kids, however the bed sunk in the middle and was too soft and springy. Did not sleep well. Very clean, good location and everything else was good though.

Unusual but fun hotel
Our first room 's air condition was broken and could not be repaired. We were moved into a better room thanks to Jason at the front desk.We bought our cocktails at the pool bar and took them to the roof terrace to enjoy. The breakfast was fantastic. There are many excellent restaurants in the area for dinner

Castle was Great....BUT....
All aspects of the hotel were awesome. Excellent accomodations, comfy rooms, felt very safe, superb staff and customer service, excellent location, lots to do and see and eat in the immediate area. My only complaint is about the supposed free wi-fi. It is free but is very very slow. They incorporate their network connection into the TV's in the room. A lot of features with TV, movies, music and even a DVD player in the room. The Wi-Fi was just too slow to do any work on-line with my computer. If they spent the money and boosted the connection speed, it would garner a perfect score from me. Overall I had a great stay just disappointed about the internet.

A nightmare First of all the pictures they show on the internant is nothing like real life. Needs a lot of updates. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I told the lady at the front desk I had a reservation what she does next is ask for my ID and credit card then she swips my credits card I replied what are you doing I have a reservation. then she does the dumbest thing ask me my last name while my ID and credit card is in her hand very unprofessional need to train better staff one customer you will never see again. Customer Service should always be Number !..

Our quick getaway
The hotel was excellent for the location and the price. On the premise, was a jacuzzi, pool, small acarde, gym, concierge (tickets, shuttle service) and dining area. Location of the Hotel could not be beat. We were minutes from the parks and right on International Drive. An excellent location. As for the room, it was all we needed as was only two of us. The mattress seamed a little soft a woke with a sore back. But that could just be my problem. I do not recall breakfast being offered through the website and was not asked when checking in either. The interaction with staff was fine and had no issues. The Caste on I-Drive is a definitely a possibility for our next trip to Orlando with the kids. Have fun...

Great deal, love the kitsch factor
Went here for a quick winter getaway for our first time to Disney. Such a GREAT deal especially for how cool the room is. The "fantasy"/ castle theme is done well and the bed is super comfortable. This will be our go to place when we visit Orlando if we are looking for good value.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. About 15 min from disney but located in safe area with many restaurants. Very convenient for family to go out to eat and drive to other location for shopping. Pools was heated which kids enjoyed.
