Orlando family winter vacation
There were tiny bugs on the bathroom floor and no vent in the bathroom. It took a long time to vent the bathroom out after a shower. The coffeemaker had scum, mold & mildew on the underside where the coffee/hot water dispenses from. When asked for a new coffeemaker, they brought a cleaned one with a dirty paper towel stuck inside the coffeemaker.

Pros and cons
Overall the hotel is very nice - however, pool doesn't get much sun as it is in the courtyard and shuttle service is very inconvenient. Definitely recommend renting a car if you're going to be traveling to the different theme parks a lot!

Holiday Inn Resort LAKE BUENA VISTA
The accomodations were very good, service, price were all good, but for my purposes where the evnet I was attanding was nearer the Disney Mall, and I needed cab to get there, next time I would try to book closer to the event.

first impressions are great
the hotel was clean and very beautiful. there was so much to do just at the hotel. it is definitely family oriented. i have three small children and they had a blast at the pool, arcade, and we only were there three days and still didnt do everything at the hotel. it is amazing and i reccomend the holiday inn at lake buena vista to all

Perfect location
The best part was how clean and clean smelling the bed linens and pillow were. We have stayed at many hotels and the beds are always the same. They dont feel like home. These were better than home and we slept great!!!

Professional seminar
The staff was very accomodating and friendly.Pool area is beautiful and immaculate, a very relaxing spot. Our room was large and very nice, and the microwave and fridge a plus. I stayed 5 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer. I would definitely plan another stay here. January is a very uncrouded time in the Orlando area. It would have been nice if breakfast was included as there were few places to walk to serving breakfast.

Not what we expected
I was a little taken back at check in by the 12.95/day for parking and the amenities i.e. shuttles to parks that we never used,etc. No continental breakfast, or coffee in lobby. No newspaper at my door. The convenience store in lobby was pretty pricey. Two coffees 6.25. I thought for the 934.00 that we paid for lodging there would have been more. I would not stay there again.

I'll be staying here in my next travel to Orlando to visit the Parks
If you are looking for a comfort place in order to get relax during the night and visit the Disney parks during the day, this is the perfect option for you: great amenities, clean room, and relaxing bed...the only issue is that there is only one Disney Ticket shop at the hotel and sometimes there are many people trying to get the tickets there, so my recommendation is try to get the tickets on-line before to arrive to Orlando.
