good place to stay
The staff were the best part of my stay. From the shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport to the one who made sure I had something to eat at 0500 AM before I left to catch my plane. The room was clean. I think they could make a better impression if they would clean the shuttle buses better. I had concerns about what my stay would be like getting on the shuttle, but once I arrived at the hotel everything was fine. I loved the orange smelling soaps!

Good for a convenient airport location
had to wait at desk upon check-in as clerk was answering phone and checking in guests. Although clean looking, the room had a very musty/moldy smell. The bed was comfortable.

Close to airport
We had an early flight out of the airport and were minutes away. The rooms were fine - the restaurant nearby was very good. We had dogs which was the main reason we stayed there. Liked the Pet Friendly atmosphere. No problems and plenty of room for all of us.

Not what I expected
Website said "new, updated rooms" but if there were new updated rooms, I certainly did not get one. Toilet only flushed once and stopped working. I arrived too late to have someone come up and fix it so I had to self induce flushing the toilet by filling up the waste paper basket with water and dumping it into the toilet tank. When I complained the next morning, the hotel offered no discount or apology other than "sorry about that- we'll put in a ticket to fix it." The tub was stained and unappealing- my daughter wouldn't even stand in it to shower. Really the only thing good about the hotel was its proximity to the airport as I was only in Orlando for an overnight layover. The area immediately surrounding the hotel was kind of run down as well. Had I been staying in the area for more than one night, I would have found another hotel.

Almost perfect!
This was a very nice hotel with a great restaurant next door. The only thing I didn't like were the outside hallways. Just a short drive to the rental car agency and the airport.

Across the parking lot is a great restaurant with live entertainment. On the other side is a McDonald's for the kids.

OUT OF SIDE FOR THE 3 NIGHTS THAT I STAYED
I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND AND ON MY NEXT TRIP TO ORLANDO, THAT'S WHERE I WOULD STAY, REGARDLESS OF A DISCOUNT OR NOT. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST, OUTSTANDING STAFF (THEY EVEN HELPED ME OUT WITH GETTING MY BOARDING PASS). VERY NICE AND CLEAN ROOM WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THANKS TO ALL..

Great for the price
It was a good room for the price. It could have been a little cleaner, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
