Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Fine location on I-drive. We walked to Pointe Orlando restaurants and clubs. Pricey breakfast buffet $7.95 and juices are $1.50 extra. 12% tip and Florida state tax added to all of that. To me the bed was uncomfortable but to others it was great. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very poor service. Room was not good. Cockroach running in the sink. Lot of mold in the bath room. Rooms were smelly. Directions to the rooms were not good. Lot of road noice at night time. It is a horrible place for that price. I would not recommend to any family.

The location is very convenient, only 10 min drive to the Premium Outlet and Universal Studio.

Did not care for this Inn at all. I got confused between this and Rosen plaza hotel. After staying for 7 days in wyndham resort (860 sq ft condo), I needed 2 more days of accommodation. Decided to stay in this hotel since it was closer to Sea world. This is not a hotel. Typical look and feel of an Inn. You get what you pay for!

Room was very clean. Plenty of room for clothes with dresser and armoire for hanging clothes. maintenance staff came promptly when needed for a/c problem, however had to wait overnight for plugged up toilet, but came when called the 2nd time. Really didn't use any of the amenities - we were there for the Eukanuba Dog Show week and didn't have time. Easy walk to some shopping and dining.

Easy check in, secured parking, room was clean, had a weird smell though. Comfortable bed. Great location on International Drive, close to everything, could walk to Restaurants. Would go again if the price was right.

Everyone was very nice and accomidating. My one and only complaint was that I had a leak coming from the air conditoner in my room. When I went to use my key the room was locked. It would have been nice if the staff had called me to inform me that they had needed to close off my room to try and dry it out.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant, and some of the best perks about the hotel were kids eat free, free transportation to some of the theme parks, and perfect location. This hotel was close to absolutely everything. I had a car in Florida, but did not use it my entire visit. My family was well taken care of, and I will definitely stay again!

Room was in bldg d on the fifth floor facing the I-4 interstate. The balcony or walkway to the room needed to be swept or clean. It was dirty. Elevator needed a good scrubbing. Room was OK, Requested to transfer to another room same day but was given a room in another bldg. still facing the freeway. Same night a guy approach us asking a lot of questions & followed us to the door of our room, this is 11:00 PM. Scary. Next day ,we were awakened by screaming kids near our room. We requested another room on the ground floor facing International Drive. At first the desk employee told us that there are no rooms,we mentioned the above incidents & we are SENIORS who needed a safe place & a rest in the early morning hours. We were transferred to ground floor room. It was a much better location. Will go back there again if we stay in the ground floor.

This was our second time staying with the Rosen. It is nice weekend get away. The room is clean and very quiet. We love that we can park and walk to restaurants instead of driving. The hotel is convenient with a buffet, store and bar with music. Everyone is friendly. We will stay again!!!
