Completely furnished and fully equipped villa provides a welcome retreat with all the conveniences of home. You can enjoy leisure in spacious comfort, with all the flourishes and services of a world-class Sheraton resort. A separate living room, dining room, and a kitchen or kitchenettes make these one-and two bedroom villas the ideal solution for any vacation. Imagine stepping into personal sanctuary located within a 95-acre gated enclave. Entrenched with unimagined thoughtfulness and attentiveness, Sheraton Vistana Villages will take you to a new level of perfection.
Breathe in the fresh air. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. The balcony or lanai of the villa, if so equipped, is a designated smoking area. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring an odor free environment to our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
There will be a $5 charge for any Roll-away bedding requests.
As a courtesy to our guests, our mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender. We will accept up to 3 parcels free of charge, a $5 handling fee per additional parcel will be applied. For additional information, please contact the resort directly.

- Room with one king bed, two double beds and queen sofa sleeper. Includes furnished balcony or patio. Access via exterior corridors. Two bathrooms, jetted tub in main bathroom. Kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware for 8. Washer and dryer. Dining table and chairs. Overall the experience was good. The staff at the front desk could have been more professional and helpful. I had many mix ups with my 2 reservations and it took someone from the timeshare department to sort it out because they were hoping for a sale.

Amazing Family Getaway!
We were MORE than pleased with this hotel. I still can't believe the price because we were treated like royalty and the rooms were gorgeous. SO clean! So welcoming and warm. It felt like we were home. Our family will stay there time and time again!!!!!!!

Refreshed and relaxed
Another great vacation!
We return to the Vistana year after year and love the atmosphere, the quiet pool, Starbucks in the morning, but most of all, the extreme friendliness of the staff. We plan to keep going back to this wonderful resort.

Family getaway
vistana is a good place to stay but when you come from you, seem they do not liked....personal is not friendly at all,but rooms are good size,clean and looks just fine,I will come back next time

Great value!
I was really worried about staying here after reading reviews at other travel websites. However, I had already prepaid via Orbitz and could not get a refund. Thankfully, the Sheraton Vistana Villages was a wonderful value! The 1 room villa was large enough for 4 people (2 adults, 6 year old, 2 year old) and had a fully stocked kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and washing maching/dryer. The grounds were beautiful with 4 separate swimming pools, numerous gas grills, 2 work out facilities, 3 playgrounds, and several hot tubs. The location was perfectly situated between Disney World and Sea World. I could go on and on. Per recommendations on other websites, I did unplug our room phones to prevent the sales calls and did not redeem my "free" gift that I was warned about. The stairwell could have used some paint and the wall paper in the bathroom was a bit dated; however, that was incredibly insignificant compared to all the other positives. Overall, a great value and would definitely return.
