Sheraton Vistana Villages - All Villa Resort on International Drive

This place was beautiful. The pool is heated and Is open until 1am. The staff Is friendly for the most part. The food at the hotel restaurant alright too. I could have done without the waitress. She was complaining about being stiffed on a tip by another guest. I don't need to hear that. Be aware that you will be getting a call about having to attend a meeting while you are there. They want to sell you a timeshare. The more you try to avoid it the more they call. We were told this was going to be a 90 min presentation, ended up being 3.5 hours. We were told a polite no would do. It want enough. We said no to the sells rep over and over again. When she gave up she called her manger. We then had to tell her no over and over again. When the manager left they then sent yet another person, this time rep from star ward preferred program trying to sell me "points". By that point I was beyond annoyed and starting to get angry. I felt like they stole a morning from my families vacation. Besides that beautiful rooms and beautiful property. Very kid friendly.

Very nice, spacious accommodations. The kids loved having their own room with 2 double beds. The pools were great. The grounds were attractive and relaxing. The unit was large and comfortable. The only negative was our wireless internet did not work well in the room. (weak signal- but it still worked if you were patient). Would definitely recommend to a friend and will plan on staying here the next time we visit Orlando.

The stay here was the best part of this trip! It has comfortable living space, has everything you may need in the room, complete kitchen and so pretty!!Would def. stay again !!

About the hotel: every room has a living room, kitchenette, fridge, stove top. It is 25 mins from disney parks, 7 minutes from sea world. We save big money by renting a car, and purchased our food from the supermarket. We did not purchase any food from the park as hey can add up quickly. The hotel has all the amenities, jacuzzi, pools. But we were occupied with all the activities at Disney Parks. The hotel offers free shuttle services to Epcot every hour on the hour from 8am to 12pm. You must catch another bus from Epcot to reach Animal Kingdom, WDW, Hollywood Studio. Return time from Epcot is 6pm, 845pm, 10pm and 11pm (something like that). They did try to get us to attend the timeshare seminar at check-in. But this can be easily refused. Although I found it annoying that they sent us back and forth to different counters in order to get our bus pass. The information clerk sent us to the time share clerk. Time share clerk tried to sell us time share (annoying). Then she sent us back to the information desk for our bus pass. You need the bus pass in order to use their complimentary shuttle to Disney parks.

Wonderful property. We had a wonderful romantic getaway.

This is probably one of the best hotels for families and groups in the Orlando area. We've been here several times over the last few years, and found that their rooms and service have kept up well during that time. If anything, the media equipment in the rooms have been upgraded considerably over the last three years or so. The hotel has three swimming pool areas, and they are all open to guests. There is one with a large slide and play area that little ones will enjoy. The grounds are well-kept and welcoming, with BBQ grills and hammocks placed around for guests to use.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in the St. Augustine area on the 6th with a great view of the pool and pond area. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable even with 4 adults and a child. The pool was heated so very comfortable for my 3 year old and they have a very nice miniature pirate ship with slides for the kids. I have not been to any other resorts in the area but I could not imagine a resort being any better than this was for us. Our villa also had an oversized jacuzzi tub that my wife could not get enough of. I would highly reccomend the Sheraton Vistana Villages. If you accept the free gift be prepared for a Time Share pitch. I did not accept it. They did call my room a couple times and we just ignored it.

Good location to the parks, security and facilities. The kitchen furniture and bedroom doors needs to be repair. Toilet was stained and we asked the housekeeper to clean it. Next day was clean. We stay for eight nights and the last day, we found a roach in the bathroom. The rest was very good.

Everything was great, but breakfast was for extra money and they couldn't provide me with adapter for European plug for my laptop.

We recently enjoyed a 5 day family getaway and we all enjoyed the resort very much. Children enjoyed large pool area, water fountains, games tables etc. The 2 bedroom villa was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well equiped. Also close by the different theme parks.
