THE FOUNTAINS

At first I was turned off because when I checked in I was confronted by extremely pushy staff trying to get me to attend a timeshare meeting. However...after I told them no about 4 times...I was extremely pleased with the room. It was extremely spacious and the pool were great. It's a really good location if headed to Sea world or Disney. Over all it was a great place but be ready to be bombarded with sales pitches.

Great location to the Disney theme parks. Wonderful new swimming pool with waterslides and kid's pool. Also had playgrounds on the property for the kids. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. Also did not nag you about attending a sales meeting. And they left messages on your phone everyday to let you know what activities were going on at the resort each day. Each room has their own washer and dryer!

We went to sea world which was an awesome location. We asked for a new unit which they kindly obliged and even put us overlooking the pool! The beds there were so comfortable that we actually overslept one day! The place was clean and the pools were beautiful, but we didn't have time to enjoy. They had a lot of activities planned for families too. You could just stay there and not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful eperience at the Fountains. After a fun filled day at the Disney Parks, we felt like we were coming home for a relaxing evening of rest and leisure. We enjoyed the friendly service, especially the shuttle service to Disney World. The kids enjoyed the large pools and game room, and we all enjoyed the beauty of the suites, grounds and fountains. This was the best family vacation we have ever experienced because of the comforts of home thanks to the Fountains Resort.

We went swimming in the pools both were wonderful. The indoor outdoor pool was less crowded because there were no slides. We also visited Sea World which had some beautiful shows. This was by far one of the best trips to the Orlando area. We had already planned on not doing Disney this time and having all of our needs met right at the hotel was great. The market was just down the road, as were any type of dining you might imagine. The restaurants at the Fountains were also delicious. They had plenty of activities planned and updated everyday by phone message any changes in the schedule. We had no complaints at all.

We just stopped in for a few day break from the northern winter. Great place to relax - the rooms were nice (a little dark, though), the location was great, and the staff was friendly. The only problem was a big shortage of food/beverage staff. At times, the bar at the main pool wasn't even open due to staffing problems. That's kind of an important thing to vacationers who are just looking to relax by the pool for a couple of day. They advertise a coffee place called "Mug-o-Joe's" that chronically had people waiting for their food and coffee for 1/2 hour. If they would resolve the staffing issues, the Fountains would be high on our list of Orlando resort destinations.

Very comfortable rooms with allot of space to stretch out, great for the family. The shower was huge and it was great having the washer and dryer in the room.

Nice room and location for the money.....pool was closed too many times for whatever reasons, too many democrats staying there also

the check in process was a nightmare. the girl who checked us in was rude, obnoxious, unfriendly,once we got past the check in we had a really great time. the Fountains was really nice and clean, the suit was everything we had hoped it would be. Large, comfortable suits. The pool was just gorgeous. Plenty to do for the children. A really good place for family's.

This was a very comfortable room. This is a Timeshare so it had 2 Bedrooms (master and 2nd Bedroom with 2 Full beds), a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We found that very handy so we didn't have to pack as much. You also get a dining area and living room,and screened in balcony. It was very close to Disney,Sea World, etc. We rented a car..if you don't they have shuttles for a fee. The pool was very nice..its indoor/outdoor and they are on a lake with paddleboats. I would recommend this for anyone who likes to have a little more room and have breakfast at home if you wish. My only negative was they are currently constructing a new pool area (which when done will be nice) so there was construction nearby which part of our room faced. It does not affect the other pool and you do not see it there.
