THE FOUNTAINS

front desk people very rude lissett, Kit was the names & they should either be fired or put somewhere else where they dont have to around people cause they are both just down right mean & rude.

This was a very comfortable room. This is a Timeshare so it had 2 Bedrooms (master and 2nd Bedroom with 2 Full beds), a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We found that very handy so we didn't have to pack as much. You also get a dining area and living room,and screened in balcony. It was very close to Disney,Sea World, etc. We rented a car..if you don't they have shuttles for a fee. The pool was very nice..its indoor/outdoor and they are on a lake with paddleboats. I would recommend this for anyone who likes to have a little more room and have breakfast at home if you wish. My only negative was they are currently constructing a new pool area (which when done will be nice) so there was construction nearby which part of our room faced. It does not affect the other pool and you do not see it there.

Nice room and location for the money.....pool was closed too many times for whatever reasons, too many democrats staying there also

We just stopped in for a few day break from the northern winter. Great place to relax - the rooms were nice (a little dark, though), the location was great, and the staff was friendly. The only problem was a big shortage of food/beverage staff. At times, the bar at the main pool wasn't even open due to staffing problems. That's kind of an important thing to vacationers who are just looking to relax by the pool for a couple of day. They advertise a coffee place called "Mug-o-Joe's" that chronically had people waiting for their food and coffee for 1/2 hour. If they would resolve the staffing issues, the Fountains would be high on our list of Orlando resort destinations.

At first I was turned off because when I checked in I was confronted by extremely pushy staff trying to get me to attend a timeshare meeting. However...after I told them no about 4 times...I was extremely pleased with the room. It was extremely spacious and the pool were great. It's a really good location if headed to Sea world or Disney. Over all it was a great place but be ready to be bombarded with sales pitches.

We enjoyed the pools once we found someone to get us our bands and towels.

Great hotel, lots of room, nice kitchen. Hated that we had to pay for internet access and it wasnt wireless (it was $20 for 3 days). Otherwise everything was great, loved the indoor pool in January. Loved that they included some paper towels, laundry det., dishwashing soap, etc, though if you had a longer stay, you would need more (not included). No housekeeping, but that didnt bother us.

IT WAS COLD THE WEEKEND WE WENT SO WE USED THE INDOOR POOL. THE GROUNDS WERE VERY NICE. HOWEVER THE H20 CLUB WAS SMALLER THAN WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.

The staff at this place is great. They are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is the perfect spot, just minutes away from the attractions. We had a great view and really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying at the Fountains. We basically spent our time at the Disney Parks and were only there long enough to sleep, therefore, we did not take advantage of the many amenities or activities they offer so I cannot comment on those things. I can tell you when we checked in the staff were very friendly and the reception area welcoming. They even let us check-in 4 hours early. The unit was large, clean and well stocked with linens, dishes etc. The resort was undergoing some renovations so the view wasn't particularily appealing but we weren't there to look out the windows. The location was great, supermarket, restaurants and Disney Theme Parks within minutes. We had a rental car but they did offer shuttle service to all the parks. And the best part was the price - a fully stocked condo at a full service resort minutes away from the theme parks - we couldn't have stayed in a hotel room for less. Definately would stay here again.
