Mostly fantastic
The staff was always very helpful and informative, the rooms were great and very high comfort level. The free shuttle however, was dismal. It was always late, we got stranded with a group of 17 people in the rain for an HOUR because the backup shuttle didn't come when it said it would. Hotel was fantastic. But they need to rethink their shuttle service.

Great staff, great room, great location. Business center was too expensive and PCs were not updated, but overall, we had a great time. We would stay again.

Good Location & setup
Very pleased with our stay at this resort. It is advertised however for free parking. There is an $11/ day "resort fee" which is for the parking basically. I was aware of the $11/day fee however at time of booking.

family spring break
when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted pleasantly by the front staff. The only downfall was there were no luggage carts available for use and we were on the 11th floor, that was kinda of a hassle to have to carry all the luggage up to the room. The room was great but the beds a bit firm to our liking. The pool are was open till 11 pm which made it nice after a day at the parks to relax. The hotel is perfectly located for universal and sea world, disney is further away but the shuttle or the trolley is an option., We received breakfast free with our booking, if having to pay we would have passed nothing special for the amount charged. We will stay again if in the Orlando area.

March visit
The place is great - very clean and fresh. Pool is beautiful, poolside bar is also very nice. Staff was super. We had a one-bedroom suite which was really convenient, even a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Our only complaint was it wasn't within walking distance of restaurants or shopping like many of the other hotels in Orlando.
