This hotel is in a good safe area. It is not old or run down as others have said. The rooms are modern and very clean. I have stayed in many other Panama City properties and this one is better by far.

This was as close to being in your own home as you could get. No one in and out of your room. you have a washer dryer , stove, fridge.... like a mini apartment. Walmart was in walking distance all rooms are beach front. It was a lot better than what I expected!!!

The experience was great! There was an outside pool and hot tub which were great for my family! The breakfast was fantastic with many options! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is not a ton to do in this town, but Panama City Beach is just a 40 minute drive west.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast room was well stocked - even had a pancake maker! The hotel is kind of hidden behind the Waffle House and CVS, but the location had access to the main highways. I would stay there again.

This was a trip to visit my daughter at CO. She was in a hotel on the beach just a quick 10min drive away. Standard room w/clean linens and very friendly staff. This was a great value for a nicely located hotel. I recommend a trip to St Andrews for the ride out to Shell Island. Had a super time and will go back.

I booked a non-smoking room, and even tho, they had one for me, but receptionist [...] told me that a non-smoking room may not available[...].There was no HBO, and the TV had distortioned color (purple and white). Not biggie to me, but it was kind of annoying. [...]

The Comfort Inn & Conference Center was just an ok place to stay. From the minute I checked in the front desk clerk was kind of rude. Also the toilet in the room barely flushed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I specified a smoking king, even had smoking required in notes, Orbitz reserved a non smoking room for me... THANKS ORBITZ... I ended up paying extra for the only smoking suite left. I will book with a different agency( this review would not allow me to use their name) next time!

The biggest problem with the motel was the 7-10 insects I had to kill the last night there. They were crawling all around the night stand and I don?t even want to think about them crawling in my bed while I was sleeping. I would recommend to my friends that they not stay there and I will never stay there again.

the room was musty smelling there was no resturant in the hotel or fitness room ihad to complain to the manager about my room notbeing cleaned by his maid service the light above the sinkarea you had to play with the light switch to get it to come on. the only good thing about the trip was there was alot to do there

I had planned to pick up my daughter from the airport and return home but chose to make a mini-vacation out of the stay. We went to the mall and the beach. We were in the center of all the retail stores and our favorite dining spots. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Could have been better...

Due to Orbitz not giving option to add other parties names, my 72yr old mother stood in line to check in only to find out that I had to do it. Then I stood in line for another 20 min. We got 2 room keys. Left room without them and was going to be charged $50 lock out fee... instead I went back to the check in place and just asked for a couple more keys... LESSON TO ALL! Toliet seat was hanging by one joint, parents or I with back problems could have ended up in floor. Noise from Nightclub was non-stop. Trashy area around kind of unsightly from rooms. Nice rooms over all, but not worth what we paid...

Most of the appliance and outlets didn't work. We called the front desk to have someone come up and look at it, and was told that maintance would be up but no one came. The rooms need major updates.

Description
Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

Fairly nice for the price

A couple went there for memorial day weekend.
It is 20 min drive from Panama City beach but they have everything a hotel has to offer. Internet, hot water, a kitchen and low rate. It's a apartment-style hotel for 239$ per week, a good choice. Besides, there is a superwalmart right across the street, very convenient.

Was down only because of picking my husband up from airport. The room was very clean but there was no coffee pot or microwave in the room. If you need coffee 1st thing i wouldn't recommend this room. All the hotels i've ever stayed in have coffee pots and microwaves in them. Microtel in Daphne AL. is the best.

Our vacation was great, we went to the beach, and visited family. We stayed at microteles hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but we had problems with the refrigerator not working continusly and the air wasn't the easiest to work. The controls on the air box were missing and the wall unit either worked to cold or to warm. Finding the enterence was a little tricky. It was down an ally road behind other hotels.
