Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites PENSACOLA W I-10

I have to rate this Holiday Inn Express as a 3 instead of a four now thanks to price increases and average cleanliness. The room carpets need to be washed / steam cleaned. They've collected too much dirt as indicated by dirty socks after walking around for a while. The bed was also very stiff this time and didn't make for the best comfort. Overall though, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the TVs are nice and the rooms are fairly spacious. I'll stay there again in the future thanks to the location and well lit parking lot.

This Holiday Inn Express was very costly for a moderate hotel. Desk Managers were notvery helpful.There were no maps of the area. All parking was on left side on building,had to enter stairwell with double doors with luggage. The other entrance was at the front,which didn't have luggage carriers available on checkin.There was only one elevator that was in use most of the time, and located in a bad location to handle luggage cart. The room we were given was next to the icemaker,elevator shaft,coke machine,and customer laundry.These made noise most of the night. The walls,ceiling and floors were not very sound proof, and the running of kids and adults were easy heard.. This hotel was next to the interstate I-10, and really overpriced. We donot recommend this hotel....

Fair option for business at NAS Pensacola. Approximately 30 minutes from back gate with easy low traffic commute at rush hour. Hotel is a bit overpriced for the quality but staff is responsive to issues, is very friendly and tries their best to provide good service. The building though is of somewhat poorly built albeit new quality with paper thin walls. It is very easy to hear all that goes on in the corridor. Above all do not allow them to place you in room 318 or any near the elevators or ice machine in the central part of the building. The noise will keep you up all night. The middle of the corridors are much quieter. The rooms also have very different quality mattresses. If one does not suit you, ask for a different room. Breakfast is decent standard buffet.

We didn't stay in the hotel very much, but the short time we used the room it was great. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. This was an even better stay at this particular site than our previous one.

The hotel is good for the price. The parking lot is well lit and has security cameras. The hot breakfast is sufficient but there are other options nearby if it doesn't work for you. We left late one morning (but before 11:30) and our room was not serviced. By the time we returned to the room we were too tired to bother calling the front desk. For me, that was a minor thing and overall the stay was a good one.

great rooms for unbelievable price - somehow got $34/night but added charge of breakfast and wireless

It was an average experience. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately, the television was tuned to Fox News which was very offensive. The night desk clerk was virtually a non-factor, meaning she could have just as well been invisible. The location is great in that is very convenient to eateries, shopping and service stations. The room was general clean, but one of the face towels had a couple of small blood spots on it and the smell of the room was mildly dank. I would stay again due to the location and quietness.

Everything was great except for the hairs left in the bathroom, someone else's shampoo in the shower, and the in room coffee pot wasn't cleaned from the last person who stayed in that room. On the bright side, there are plenty of eating places close by, and it's not far from the beach! Super friendly staff!
