Not Too Shabby

I wasn't in the hotel but to sleep and shower, so for those two things, it was great. The decor could use some serious updating. Old TV, old TV stand that literally was about to collapse and fall over, old microwave and refrigerator. But overall, not a terrible room for the price. The front desk staff was fantastic. Location was great. I would visit again.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Casperson Beach in Venice is fantastic! Sharky's on the Pier is a wonderful open restaurant right on the beach. Can't beat the view. Just a short drive south on I75.

Things were ok, A little behind modern times. Needs room updating. Breakfast was good. Cheaper than most chain hotels.

Close to interstate

The hotel overall was okay except had to ask to change rooms because, the air unit was making a terrible noise. Other than that the hotel and staff were nice.

Great Place to Stay

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at the Days Inn on Clark Rd and once again it met and exceeded out expectations. We had two rooms and both were clean and well supplied. The continental breakfast has just about anything most people would want. Something for everybody. It is conveniently located for sightseeing and we also have family that lives close by. A very loyal customer. Keep up the good work!!

Quick fast easy place to stay

The staff was most pleasant and was minutes from the beach. There is a wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi that make relaxation easy. Not a bad place to stay for the price.

Siesta Key island has wonderful white sand beaches, siesta village, shopping, restaurants, etc. a very beachy scene

Great People!

We work nights and started the trip after work, 8am. We had planned on just staying up doing things till check in time but my husband had worked grinding fiberglass like materal at work and really needed a shower. I thought I would ask for early check in and to our surprise they had a room open and gladly let us in at 10AM!! Made a huge difference in our trip, The room was nice, pool was great but the people were "over the top" nice! Thanks!!
