The Quality Inn and Suites Airport is located in sunny Sarasota, minutes from the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport. Area attractions include the Sarasota Bradenton International Convention Center, the University of South Florida, Argosy University and Keiser College. This Sarasota hotel is 8mi from Siesta Key Beach, 5mi from Lido Beach and 3mi from Selby Gardens. Verify address, similar Quality Inn hotels in the area. This QI South of airport. Better than expected

Very convenient to all that we wanted to do in Sarasota. Staff was very friendly and the morning b'fast better than average (though the eggs were watery, due to being reconstituted). Room adequate, but toilet very cramped-in. Will probably stay again next trip, unless we find a better deal at a better-rated hotel.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Siesta Key Oyster Bar (SKAB). Very fun place, with great 3-6pm Happy Hour. $6/dozen oysters!!

Would Not Stay Here Again

Room was not clean. There was trash in the garbage cans from the previous occupant. The shower had soap and other items from the previous occupant. I was not sure that the floor had been vacuumed. If we had not checked in and then left and did not return until late at night we would have checked out and found another hotel. The breakfast was not good. The staff did not fill up the waffle mix or coffee until several persons complained.

pleasant check in--thought hotel was maintained well and was a very good value. good location especially for visiting Ringling Museum

Good place for propertyhunters

Quality Inn & Suites Airport @ Sarasota

This is a nice, clean, basic hotel with few frills. The staff is very nice, friendly, & helpful. They have everything you would want [including free wireless in the room] but do not expect anything fancy. Still, it is a nice, clean place to stay. I was in Sarasota to give a siminar and for the one night stay, this hotel was fine for me.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Be sure to eat at Barnical Bill's while you are there. It's only 1/2 block from the hotel.

The hotel area was not reasuring
The hotel is not clean or maintained

The worst ever!!

The hotel was in very bad conditions. The room that my parents stayed at had dirty sheets, uncleaned vomit from a previous stay, towels were worn and dirty and a few towels, the room stunk of something awful mixed with the dried vomit, and the pillows were also very worn and dirty. I will never choose that place again. The experience there requires that my money be returned, this is the hotel from dirty hell.
