The Southland Inn in Sarasota Florida has a heated swimming pool and sundeck, spacious studio apartments and efficiencies, clean, fresh rooms, and a staff that is friendly and helpful. The Southland Inn is located near the Van Wezel, the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and is centrally located near the Ringling College of Art and Design and the Ringling Museum. The manager speaks many languages including French, Swedish, Spanish and Italian. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Rates are based on double occupancy. USD 15.00 nightly per person fee will apply after the first two guests and be collected at the time of booking. Front desk is open 24-hours. Daily housekeeping service is available. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. For after hours check-in procedures please call 1-941-954-5775 for further instructions. Sarasota, Florida is home to the Orioles baseball team, the Ringling College of Art and Design, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and the finest beaches in Florida, including Siesta Key. Sarasota also offers the Asolo Theater, Sarasota Kennel Club and fine dining.

Very friendly staff, and clean motel.

This was a very friendly individually owned motel on one of the main roads in Sarasota, which meant that it was well placed for both the town and nearby beautiful beaches. The room was spacious with 2 double beds, a small dining table, and a kitchenette with full cooking facilities, and a shower/bathroom. All very clean in the accommodation, & friendly & helpful staff.
