Great Location
This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the airport and close to the Buccaneers stadium. Mall is also in walking distance. I had a plesant experience at this location.

Great Hotel
My Fiance and I stayed at the hotel to take the bar exam and this hotel was amazing. It was quiet, the room was big, and the customer service was excellent. The only negative we experienced was the toilet. The toilet was probably the loudest thing in that hotel but we were able to look past it since the experience was so enjoyable.

"Very friendly and helpful staff"
My trip was under a very unfortunate situation. I truly appreciate the staff being very helpful and curtious. I enjoyed my stay and my own personal experience I am pleased. I would return if I ever have the need to return to Tampa, i hope next time is under better circumstances.

Would Choose a Different Hotel
Crown Plaza Hotel hallways sort of dingy and dark. T.V. not working in my room. Window shade did not come down to block lights from across the water. Otherwise room itself was modernized as shown in the pictures. Did not live up to representation as an upscale hotel in my opinion. Overall if I am in Tampa again I will pick a different hotel.

weekend getaway
Had a wonderful experience.Hotel was updated and offered all the perks I wanted, room service, laudry service,heated pool, they had a bar for the evening hours, a cozy spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening! We were on the 11th floor and had a great view. We were right next to the airport and realized we never heard one airplane. this hotel was great and I would recommend to anyone.

The Boss
Unbeatable location for the price.
Great room. The whole entire staff was very courteous. Shuttle transportation to restaurants, mall, stadium and airport was awesome! No taxi needed.
