Convenient location closed to airport
We had a four day stay in this hotel and we did not have any problems. Location was excelent, close to the airport. Continental breakfast free was good enought. Staff was helpfull and the room was clean. Close to Gearge Steinbrener Park to see Yankees spring training games. Close to two shopping malls.

Hyatt Place, Tampa- don't use the shuttle!
Everything was fine at the hotel. The front desk seemed a bit understaffed. We stayed one night prior to a cruise. The front desk staff suggested purchasing a package of transportation from the hotel to the ship and then the ship to the airport when we returned. Unfortunately prepaid and could not reach anyone at the hotel once we were back in Tampa. After 4 tries the person answering didn't know what we were talking about! Ended up taking a cab

Ideal Stopover
Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed twice so far and happy to use again as a stopover at the airport. Courtesy bus will take you to any nearby destination and good variety for breakfast.

Great Location
This hotel was close to everything. Just 2 minutes from the airport. A few minutes from the Raymond James Stadium and there was a fantastic mall right around the corner. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place in Wisconsin, Washington, and Ohio. This one is not as new as the other ones, but it was still a great hotel for the price.

Will stay here again
We were pleased with this hotel. The staff was pleasant and always helpful. The room was of ample size, clean and comfortable with a separate living room area. It is conveniently close to the interstate, two malls, the airport and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun in the sun
The food at the hotel was terrible. How do you mess up a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? The kitchen area was very dirty. Dirty dishes and food from the continental breakfast were still on the counters when we ordered dinner. The staff actually handed us our evening meal by reaching over the dirty dishes. The room was nice, but the food was awful!

Good Stay
This is a good stay place for most folks...handicapped are not accommodated unless in a wheelchair...need shower stools. This system used to acquire this review is not friendly nor impressive! WST
