Friendly and efficient staff!
The doorman remembered my daughter and I from a short stay there a year ago!! All staff is very efficient, friendly and helpful. Service was always prompt. I do wish they had microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms though.

There are 2 great malls near the airport (a quick drive from the hotel). Westshore Mall and International Plaza. Intern'l Plaza is more high end.

Good value for the money
Nice and clean room, parking and internet are extra. During the weekend only few quick resturants are open nearby.

Great Overall Experience
Perfect central location. Rooms were standard, but good. The staff was Exceptional and made the experience fantastic! They immediately helped with whatever we requested.

Bern's Steakhouse. Amongst the top restaurants in the country. Unique dinning experience. Ask for the kitchen and wine cellar tours!

Fall getaway
The support staff at this hotel were amazingly friendly! All smiles and offering help always. The official employees behind the desk were far more formal and even a bit cold. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The bathrooms were dimly lit with very little counter space. If you are looking for a nice view, make sure to ask for one that overlooks the beautiful gardens and fountain out back! The rest of the hotel is just scenic views of the buildings next door. Not a bad place to stay but I will try another hotel next time.

One of the Best!
I had one of the best nights sleep as the bed was so comfortable. Most of the stay couldn't have gotten better. I would definately return if needed. My only suggestion to others is to make sure you don't stay in a room that ends in 27 or you'll hear the ice makers! Breakfast buffet was good, but I didn't see a waitress until I asked for the check!
