Mom 2013
Impromptu weekend in Tampa
We arrived in Tampa early and we were very happy that we were able to check into our room ahead of time. The access to the airport was very convenient. We also enjoyed the pool view from the room and the pool was heated which was also nice. The room service menu was priced very reasonably and when we needed something from guest services they responded very quickly. Overall a very good experience!

Perfect location
We loved our vist at the Marriott hotel. Staff were very friendly and helful. The rooms were vey nice and comfortable and the views were excellent. The nicest thing of all is the Marriott is at the Airport. you can walk outside the hotel and their is shopping and resturants. No problem caughting your flight it's just steps away. We love our visit!

Nice way to start trips
Nice to just walk down to flight check-in from your hotel for morning flights. Also, walk to Carrabbas or TGIFridays just out in airport from hotel.

The best hotel!
Recently updated and right in the terminal, this place is the best. Smaller rooms, but well appointed and brand shiny new. The restaurants are very good and the bar on the first floor makes great cocktails. We loved staying there.

Not what I was expecting- wanted more from Marriott
my husband and I stayed at the airport hotel for connivence. I was expecting the Marriott to be nice and modern. The lobby was very nice but the room was awful. The bed was soft and clean, but the tv was awful (20 in from 1990), and half of the lamps didn't work. You could also hear the tv in the next room and the toliets flush in a 4 room radius. We should have just stayed at a cheaper hotel with free shuttle service. I think Hampton inns and similar are generally much better than this hotel.

Great for an Nice Overnight
Access to and from the Airport terminal was excellent. The staff were friendly and understanding, and most helpfull with directions in and around the airport.
