My stay was pretty good. Check-in was quick and easy. I wasn't able to officially check-out because no one was at the desk so I just left the key. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly service!!!

Stayed at Super 8 for presidents weekend to visit my boyfriend at Fort Gordon. Room and staff was very nice. I would only suggest to bring an air freshener had a musty smell to the hallway and some ones but was very clean! Would stay here again for the price.

Super 8 was right off the Hwy so getting to Eatting & Shopping was Good. Had a Nice Queen size Bed Room but had to switch Room becuase there was a KID on the 2nd floor that kept RUNNING AROUND MAKING NOISE So had to switch to a Smoking Room with 2 Double Beds :-( Wish the Room had been Air Out some .

This was the worst trip ever! The best thing is that almost everything is in walking distance.We had loud guest that we had to call the police on.

Locale wise, a great spot. Very nice people working there. Overall condition of room was below average. While there were cosmetic upgrades made in the past, the whole place needs several coats of paint and extensive cleaning. Just don't look down.

I came into town for business. It was a one night stay. The hotel seemed very clean, and I liked that all of the rooms were non-smoking. I was impressed that my room had an almost full-size refrigerator and microwave. There were two things that could have been better. First, the television seemed to have very few channels to choose from. There were no movies on demand, although the hotel has Showtime. The other thing was that it would have been nice if it was a little less noisy. Internally, the noise level was low, but a train came by at 4:30 AM and I could hear that even while wearing earplugs...

Our experience was a great one. The hotel was nice, parking was free, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little old but the rooms were overall pretty nice. Good trip though and I will return to the Partridge Inn.

When me and my family pulled up to this hotel there were what appeared to be hookers in front of the facility not to mention the appearance of crack dealers. We were afraid for our lives and could not get out of the parking lot fast enough. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!As far as I am concerned stay at your own risk!!I would never use [...]again, they said that this was a 3 star hotel? What a joke!!

I had a four hour flight and a 2 hour drive and arrived at my hotel at 10:30pm to be shocked by the front desk people telling me the hotel had been overbooked and I would need to call [...]to get a refund. I have stayed at many hotels over the years but never heard of one being overbooked and from what they told me by 60 people. Of course I got no phone call or e-mail to let me know about this. I was then referred to a roach motel down the street. WORST NIGHTMARE for a traveler. Please do not stay at this place if you want to have a guaranteed reservation during Masters week.

Went there for the masters weekend, so the price was pretty high. The smell was horrible, shower didn't work well and they had plenty bugs in the room. It looked creepy, but at least it was safe because located right in front of the police station.

Don't even stay here. The hotel is way old and it was dirty and smelled bad...Smoke smell and just stunk. Kept one eye open all night thinking any minute bugs were going to crawl out of the walls.

Good room especially for the money

Room was excellent. Best features: fridge and microwave and free wifi. Very comfortable bed nice layout. There's a Bojangles fried chicken fast food place across the parking lot and a mcdonalds across the street and a few steps down the road. The continental breakfast was ok. They do have eggs and sausage that are ok, there's is a waffle maker just leave yourself time to use it. A very safe feeling facility, friendly staff, and a very brightly well lit parking lot. Overall a very good experience and excellent quality for the money.

This si the NASTY hotel that I have ever slepped in. The bathroom has doo doo in the toliet.. The bed had hair from you know where. The sheets had black stains. The room smelled like old pee pee. No clean towels. I did not brush my teeth or take a shower with that nasty water... DO NOT GO HERE..... I want my money back!!!!!!

We came to augusta for a bowling tournament and stayed at the Hampton. Great price and location, right in the middle of all that augusta has to offer. They served a wonderful hot breakfast. We will stay here again if we ever come back to Augusta

We were in Augusta for a wedding so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. However when we got back to our room late that night we found that the TV did not work. We mentioned it the following morning when we checked out and the desk clerked apologized and gave us a free night's stay to use in the future.

Overall, it was acceptable----not great! The pillows could have been softer. I could not use them. The breakfast was not particularly great. On Sunday morning my wife did not bother eating the hotel's breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in our room. I seemed very clean and appealing. The pool area is very pretty. The ice maker broke at one end of the building. The walk to the ice makers is long and only on the first floor. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and professional.

We were there to visit a family member at Ft. Gordon. The location was perfect for our visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, even if it was to early in the season to be opened. The breakfast was good, and even had wait staff to help with drinks and such.
My only negative comment would be: They need 'Do not disturb' signs to hang on the door. Before I planned to awake, staff was knocking on the door to see if we had checked out yet.
I would say this hotel was every bit as nice as other hotels I have stayed at. I would stay there again!

Don't believe the pictures!!!

It's tough to get lodging in Augusta for the week of the Masters unless you book the whole week. We only needed three nights. All the places jack up their rates to ridiculous prices, but you at least expect a clean room. This Quality Inn looked good in the pictures and description on the website. Unfortunately, the pictures must have been taken at least 10 years ago. The air conditioner in the window was inches away from the bed, and blew directly onto the bed very noisily all night long, so you had the choice of freezing or tuning it off and being hot. The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. Bottom line---we came home after putting up with it for only two nights, but of course, couldn't get a refund!!

This hotel was not a really bad stay but it could have been a great deal better.The bed was uncomfortable for my husband and the pillows were more like throw pillows than bed pillows. Overall the room was clean and the staff very polite.Not what we were use to in a Choice Hotel stay.

Great location, nice hotel. I especially like the fact that they offered an all you can eat buffet. The only things that I didnt like were the fact that our room was right across from the elevator. About 5A I awoke to the ding of the elevator. Also, the bathrooms were clean but old and dingy. They need an upgrade. On the other hand, the room was nice, and comfy (except for the bathroom).

I have stayed here a couple of times - mainly because I have not found anything better in the area for the price (and even at $59 a night though, the hotel is overpriced). The staff is not very welcoming, and the hotel is usually packed, so parking is an issue. The rooms look OK, but the doors were very beat up in all the rooms I've stayed in, and not very well patched. The desks and other furniture are extremely old and beat up and the three rooms I've stayed in had broken chairs on the desk. The bed is probably the only saving grace as I was able to sleep extremely well the three times I've stayed here. I will continue to look for a better hotel, but judging by all the other ones in the area I've stayed at, I am not too confident I will find one.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Just needed a place to stay the night on my way to visiting a friend. Location is good. Restaurants and grocery stores are near by which made it convenient to get a bite to eat.

We stayed at the Marriott for my brother's wedding. We chose it for the location which is right near the river and Broad St. where all the "action" is. It did not disappoint! It was a VERY nice suite, well laid out and very clean. They do have some construction going on right now so we didn't have a great view but that wasn't what we were there for. There is a fountain out front on 9th St. which we recognized from the engagement photos, it is very pretty, and I heard tell there was a playground near by on the river walk though we never had the time to go find it.

Good: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good internet access.
Bad: Noisy plumbing. Holes in blankets and drapes. Rips in carpeting. Poor quality mattress/box spring. Poor quality bedding and bath linens. Magnetic key cards are too easily wiped with anything electronic such as a cell phone.

It was suppose to be a non-smoking room, yet there was a cigarette burn clear through the bed spread. Then we pulled that off the bed to find awful stains on the blanket. Then we had things to refrigerate. We did not feel good about storing these items in the molded, rusty frig. eeewwwwoooooeeee. I asked for another blanket and was told they would try to find one. The whole experience was creepy. We went somewhere else!!!!!!!
