We had a couple of quick overnights before leaving and returning to the U.S. from Central America.
Comfortable, clean rooms. Very close to airport. Decent, simple breakfast buffet available as well. Free shuttle between airport and hotel, as well as to/from a variety of pretty good restaurants. We were even able to attend a Rotary lunch meeting at a nearby restaurant that was on their list.
The staff members were the best. They were particularly friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk.
Other than a communications glitch one night which caused a very long wait for the shuttle at a nearby restaurant, it was an enjoyable stay.
Would definitely come back for a quick turn around stay, especially if without a car.

We were attending the bowl game and this location with shuttle to airport for the Marta meant we didn't have to drive or park downtown. Staff was helpful with the details. Return shuttle was prompt.

My stay at the hotel was limited as I arrived late in the evening and left early to catch a flight at the Atlanta airport but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient to the airport.

The staff at the Best Western was friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful and kind. When we asked for suggestions on where to eat, they recommended an excellent restaurant and offered us a shuttle service to take us there and pick us up. The location was excellent. We didn't want to be in the down town rush and traffic but we were close enough to everything that we wanted to do and see. The room was great!

Clean hotel from the door to door. Early morning flight made an early morning wakeup call. Hotel call right on time and getting to the lobby at a very early morning it was great to have hot coffee waiting. Shuttle service was right on time making our plane was easy.

Even though it was right next to the Atlanta Airport, you couldn't hear a single plane. The room was very clean and nice. The shower was fantastic -- And I can say that as I am a shower enthusiast! The staff was very helpful and patient even though it was incredibly late a tight when we arrived.

Absolutely love this hotel! The lobby area is soo pretty and looks amazing. The room was clean, and I love the fact that they had "big" towel, compared to most hotel towels. I wish I could of took the bed with me!! The mattress was so comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again ****

Was a very nice hotel. There was only one microwave for breakfast in the morning and 1 waffle maker so it was a little tough with 4 or 5 others trying to use them and having to wait in line.

We went to spend the weekend near 6 Flags at a reasonable price. We got what we paid for!Cheap!! The hotel specified that they offered a free 24 hr shuttle to airport, so we drove down and decided to take the Marta to site see in the area instead of dealing with the traffic. We were told to go to airport and take train from there.When we requested the shuttle to airport the front desk told us there was a fee of $10.00 per person to airport. What?? Hotel advertised free airport shuttle- we were told that because we drove down that we had to pay for the shuttle. I told manager that they need to correct their advertisment to specify that. I was already upset because we had 3 people in our room and they only supplied 2 towels and bathclothes. We had requested another set for our teenager and was told we had to turn in the dirty ones first! To add insult to injury, when we got back to airport we called to request a shuttle back to hotel they told us that it would be over an hour wait for the hotel shuttle. By this time we were just tired and angry. I did read the other comments here before suggesting to my husband that this would do- but I warn you- do not stay here! Very bad location, rooms are dingy and the bedspreads had stains and burns all over them!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!

Overall a positive experience. I like that there was easy access to the Airport. In fact, they offer free shuttle service. Room had a microwave and refrigerator which I was surprised, but happy to see. Very clean, and good sized. Continental breakfast was very basic: oatmeal, cereal, fruits, and coffee. Night staff was a little rude, day staff was amazing and personable.

This hotel is directly under the airport flight path, so unfortunately, until about 9pm you hear extremely loud airplanes flying very low overhead. However, after about 9pm, the flights go down to a minimum for the night time - I wasnt woken up by one once. The room was clean - nothing fancy, but its what you expect from a Days Inn! The staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I needed a good-priced hotel room.

Small. Office doors are locked early in the evening so check-in is conducted through a ticket window, making the process difficult and off-putting. Room was in below-average condition and less clean than most. Entertainment was provided by watching a spider try to haul his prey up the side of the bathtub. Tub also had short hairs and other dirt in the corners. Bed sheet had a huge blood stain, previously laundered, but still unacceptable. Electrical outlets were nonfunctional. It was a bed, a sink, and a coffee pot which met my objectives for one night, but definitely not a place I would choose for a longer stay.

The low price and the 24 hour hotel shuttle is what lured me in. After missing a flight and a day full on connections, I needed a place to sleep for a few hours until I caught my early a.m. flight home. You had to get buzzed into the lobby and the place was a little run down but for the price I paid I knew it wasnt going to be five star. In my opinion, after just finishing up a weeks vacation in Hawaii at a 5 star hotel, I just wanted to close my eyes and shower for a few hours, and I needed a shuttle to provide transportation. This place was good for just that. I wouldnt recommend 2 or 3 days here - good for a night or less.

we got to the hotel very late and the AC didn't work and there was no hot water for the shower. they quickly gave us a new room with working AC and when i called the front desk they reset it and turned it on. was a little frustrating because it was so late, but they responded very quickly and the stay was nice. the shuttle to the airport was the greatest help! i would stay again if needed.

I was traveling alone with my 3 year old son and had missed my plane. I had called [...] to get a hotel room with no luck at SEVERAL hotels because I did not have a credit card on me. An prbitz agent got ahold of a VERY professional young lady at the Comfort Inn and she accepted my sister's credit info via telephone. Once I arrived at the hotel, she upgraded me to a suite. Reason, I dont know, but I was grateful for ANYTHING at that time. The suite wasn't what I thought it'd be, but most importantly, it was clean and quiet. The next morning, the complimentary breakfast wasn't what I thought it'd be either, but my son enjoyed the muffins and juice so I was very happy!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not the cleanest and it took WAY too long for us to get the battery replaced in the constantly beeping smoke detector. Overall, would stay there again. Just needed a place to crash on our 10 hour layover and it worked.

I was impressed that the shuttle was at the airport in minutes of me calling and requesting a ride to the hotel. The check in was easy. The room was decent for the price, beds quite comfy, having a refridgerator, microwave and blow dryer came in handy. Although the bathroom could use some work, the other part of the room was okay. The shower head was a nice extra, in all I would stay there again... Eventhough over the weekend the non smoking floor was overcome by the smell of weed and I had to make a complaint, that was really out of management's hands.

The front counter help was great. However, housekeeping must have lost their vacuum. I didn't want to take off my shoes. McDonalds was the only local food so we ordered out Chinese....two hours later it came. Pack a lunch when you stay here. Also, it is not as close to the airport as it claims.

Location of this hotel is ideal for getting to major Highway and is with in minutes drive to Airport. Forget about the continental breakfast.

I didn't spend much time in the hotel, I was there to sleep and shower only. The shower didn't work well and the water dripped all night. I can't tell you anything else. The shower is very important...!
The front desk staff was very nice,and helpful, especially the gentlemen that check me me in, Thank you.
