Okay place to stay for business trip
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near the place I had to work and to the town. It was near decent restaurant. I would not stay there with my family as the facilities, especially the continental breakfast was below average, but for myself and because it had internet, I'd stay there again.

Needs alot of work
The staff was nice, but the hotel needed a lot of work. It was very hot and maintainence was going on everywhere. The room was alright, but there was a bathmat in the shower that looked like it had mold growing under it. I would not recommend this place to someone else.

Sleepy Survivor
Bad Timing
This was by far the worst hotel experience of our life. This was largely due to the fact that the Hotel staff had booked 50 or more 18-21 yr olds on this night. We arrived to the Hotel at 11:30 pm because we were traveling and we left at 6am because of lack of sleep due to noise. After we talked to the hotel staff about our stay they simpliy just said " im sorry" and that was all.

Not Happy!
My Fiancee and I sneezed all night and was Miserable because they had designated pet rooms and apparently we were allergic to something in the room, I tryed to get the front desk to give me my original room that was booked thru [...]( king with desk and loveseat, Larger room) but they would not because of our Puppy. We had to accept a double queen room with no desk and smaller area. We were not happy and didnt get much sleep because of this. The Hotel was ok but I dont think We would stay again.

A decent stay
This was a great hotel probably 10 years ago, it has seen better days though. The room was clean but the halls smelled funny; the pool area is very nice but some chipped concrete near one side; maintenance work was going on near wing "C" but did not bother us in wing "D". When I was checking in, a drunken man was staggering next to my car, smelled to high heaven of booze, kept a careful eye on him...the hotel has a lounge and he came from it. The public restrooms smelled like a septic tank, were right outside the inner entrance to the lounge..ugh!

Short drive from hotel
Drive south about 2 miles along Riverside Drive to the college area, then go west along the roads to see some beautiful restored houses now used as commercial ventures, maybe B&B's, and such, worth the drive.

Traveling to fl. stoped for over night.
The room was clean and the beds sleep great! There was four of us and everyone rested good. Got there late and got up early to leave. Friendly staff, light breakfest.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only thing I did not like was when I first walked into the front lobby I could smell smoke. The smoke smell was coming from the hotel lounge connected to the lobby next door. It was so strong you could smell it in the lobby bathrooms. If it wasn't for this smell then everything would have been fine.

The S&S Cafeteria was just down the road a ways from the hotel. Great place to get a meat & three vegetables or get a take out plate.

Just the basics
Had to repair a leaking toilet myself. The motel had a crummy motel bar. Otherwise, the price and location were excellent, the room was clean and it was comfortable. Needs updating.
