Hotel restaurant hours were not as posted. I have no idea if that was an anomaly, but a short drive up I-75 to Riverside Drive will take you to several upscale dine-in and fast-food restaurants.

Brand Spankin' New
This is a very attractive, new hotel with quick access to the interstate and to Macon's top tourist sites. We don't usually visit Macon,GA, on an overnight basis, but this is absolutely where we'd stay again if we did!

Quality Hotel
My first impression was that the hotel looks very fresh and new. The check-in staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms had new and updated amenities including a 37" LCD HDTV with computer/gaming hookups. The staff was very friendly throughout our albeit short stay. They were very busy that weekend and though our room service breakfast was late we were not charged for it. The hotel is very close to I-16 and downtown so you can easily access all that Macon has to offer. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and new
The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was helpful and we didn't have any problems at all! We stayed here because it was convenient to the hospital and all we wanted was a quiet room for a little rest. We were pleased!

Best of the Worst
If any of you have actually been to Macon, GA, you'd understand why this is easily the best hotel available. The most polished turd in the bowl. Customer service was abysmal. Had to give them the credit card 3 times, just to get to the room, which was OCCUPIED! I travel a lot, and that has never happened to me. We did get a cleanish, unoccupied room, but the clerk was obviously muddled by the kumputer sistm. If Marriott would spend half money it wasted trying to look like a low-rent "W", on training for customer service, they might get my business again.
