Needs work!!
The carpet was dirty and old, looks like it was flooded before and they did not bother to change the carpet. The lobby did not have the welcome appeal smells old could do with some air freshener. The pillows needs changing looks they have been there forever. The room did not smell fresh, the TV's need upgrading and the towels have seen better days.

You get what you pay for
If you're passing through Macon and need a place to just spend the night and then move on, this is probably an okay place to do it. The location is close to the freeway, so that's good. Otherwise, not so good. Rooms were not very clean. The shower stall in my room had about a 3 foot crack in the plastic wall. You could see that they attempted to "fix" it by caulking it, but come on - it's broken plastic. You can't fix it. (It looked like someone had been shoved hard into the shower wall.) My traveling companions saw another room where the doorknob/lock assembly was missing, and in its place was a chain securing the door to the door frame with a padlock. (They can't afford to fix things?) So like I say, if you need a cheap place to spend the night, maybe this is okay. I would not go back here again.

RED ROOF INN
THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS. THE ROOM WAS AWSOME IT HAD PLENTY OF CLEAN TOWELS & SOAP. THE BED WAS FANTASTIC IT WAS REALLY GOOD FOR MY BACK, I HAVE NOT SLEPT THIS GOOD IN A LONG TIME. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO STAY IN A RED ROOF INN, I AM VERY IMPRESSED AND WILL CHECK FOR A RED ROOF INN WHEN I TRAVEL AGAIN.

PM staff rude
I stayed here for only one night and the guy when I checked in was real nice even told me some good areas to look for an apartment. When night shift rolled around the guy at the desk was very rude. And did not speak good english.

Clean and enjoyable
Check in and out went smoothly. I really like the receptionist that checked us in. They made sure that everything was ready when we got their. I also enjoyed the people that cleaned our room. They we all very friendly.
