nice getaway
The hotel was ok. No amenities at all. One day the room was not cleaned. Also when i tried to book the stay for one more night they tried to charge me three times as much as i had reserved the room for. Overall ok. Would not stay there again.

Me and my wife was very please with the cleaness of the room and also was easy to find, right off the interstate and not far from Hiltonhead Outlets or Tybee Island

Hotel is convieniently located just off of 95. The room had a musty odor and the carpets were stained. Reviews for this hotel were not bad, maybe we just got a room that wasn't the best. Staff was friendly.

Great Location just outside Savannah
Arrived early and was allowed to check in as the room was ready. Andy was VERY personable and gave me several tips on how to get into Savannah and suggested restaurants and places of interest. The room was nicely furnished, had a refrigerator and clean. The noise from the highway was loud at times, I would ask for a room on the backside next time. The Inn provides a breakfast buffet that is quite good and is included in the price of your stay. The buffet staff is quick to see that you're happy and well fed. I would recommend "The Inn" as it is quite close to Savannah without being in the city and dealing with the issues that presents....the staff is excellent, the buffet is nice and tasty and the rooms are comfortable.

If it's your first trip, take a trolly tour in Savannah to familiarize yourself with the city. You will see TONS of places to go and check out.

Granted, it was St. Patrick's Day weekend but it was a pretty shabby deal for nearly $200/night. Was quite a hike from downtown Savannah so you had to figure in a $40 cab ride (if you were lucky enough to find one). The place itself was just ok, with an old television set, tiny towels and not enough soap. The hotel we stayed in the next night was much nicer and about $30 cheaper.

First time historical tour of Savannah
The hotel staff was very nice and the room was pleasantly clean. A fantastic location for doing the historical section of Savannah. I will definitely return and the manager gave a coupon for a great rate on a return visit.
