Wedding anniversary getaway

Hotel is old and could use a great amount of rennovations, starting with bathrooms! Usaully free wireless is a given, but not here. Parking is also not free which I think they are using some of these amenitie cost to perceive a much lower rate. Don't think this would be one my first choices in the future. I would only stay here if there're no other available hotels.

Savannah Marriot

Great Location for visiting SCAD or the entire city of Savannah. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Very accommodating, helpful, and nice. Will stay here again if my kid goes to SCAD.

Great Stay

This was a very pleasant trip, especially with it being St. Patricks Day weekend. I was NOT impressed with $18 / Day for Parking especially after the price we paid. There was a small shower leak that never got fixed after 2 request.. Over all, I would stay here again and dispute parking.

Run-around by front desk

Front desk stuff is making promises that fail to keep. Make sure to call in advance and reserve the room you need. I was promised to have a room with double beds, end up having a king bed. Front desk didn’t care and was not helpful at all.

Wonderful mother daughter trip!!!

The location was perfect easy walk to many dining and shopping places. The view of the Savannah river at night was wonderful.

Nice river view.

just ok, not worth the $$$

Went to Savannah for one day/night with the family. Kids are 11, 8 and 3. If you are wanting to go walk around by the river and in the neighborhoods, go shopping, etc, don't stay here. It's all the way at the end of River Street and it's just blah. The staff was friendly, of course, but for the $$$ it's absolutely not worth it. And this hotel so so so dated. We of course were put on a floor with no river view, which even amplified my disappointment in myself for booking this place. It was clean, but so dark and dated. The beds were not comfortable in the room we stayed in. If you want a nicer hotel room with easy walking access to the river front shops and activities, while still having easy walking access to the neighborhoods and parks and shops, please consider another hotel closer to Bull St and just off the water.

Aniversary disapointment

Hotel was nice other than the pubic hair found in the bathroom. The $18 additional fee charged for parking was ridiculous, the airport doesn't even charge $18 daily. I would understand a parking fee for non guests but that was ridiculous!

good location Wife loved spa

overall we enjoyed our stay. Just a quick weekend. My wife went to Magnolia Spa and really had a good overall experience. Enoyed the veiw of the river and easy access to riverstreet. Staff very friendly
