Good pillows - horrible mattress. The furniture was sparse and drawers did not want to open. The nightstand had holes drilled in the top where something had been bolted to it. Not all of the light fixtures worked. The tub surround was nice but the bathroom was cramped. The breakfast (which did include fresh fruit) was in the 12' x 12' lobby and had one little table. My husband said his coffee tasted like it had been on the burner for days. The location was convenient but noisy due to traffic. We drove around looking for a restaurant that the room literature promoted only to find out it had closed last year!

Checked in late on Christmas night to attend a funeral in town the next day. At first they had mistakenly booked us in a smoking room but they were very happy to change us right away into a non-smoking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean...the ONLY reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was that the bathroom was not spotless but it was definitely clean and sanitary. The breakfast the next morning was fine and overall the price was right! The hotel is close to Wal-Mart and Walgreens for any last minute shopping or travel necessities but there weren't many restaurants close by that I could see. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Room and bathroom was big. The beds were firm and slept good. They had a great breakfast and a frindly staff in the breakfast area. There were also enough eating places nearby to choose from. The only thing I didn't like was our room was near stairs and some child ran up and down half the night talking loud. Pool area was restful.

It was super clean and very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The air conditioner was not working but, thankfully, it was a cool enough night that it didn't matter. Great breakfast and easy check in and check out process.

Totally unacceptable experience

This Quality Inn in Thomasville, Ga. - maybe a one star at best. We were given 4 rooms before a room was found acceptable. First room: bad mold odor; second room: door would not lock when leaving room and bugs in dresser drawers; Third room; sink would not drain; fourth room was acceptable but had to ask for a remote control for the tv. Stayed overnite in the second room before discovering the lock did not work when leaving the room and observed bugs running around in the dresser drawers. The Manager did apologized for such an unacceptable experience that we had endured. She said they had recently taken over the motel and that it had passed an inspection. The inspector did not do a very good job. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

We reserved this room in order to attend the Sunbelt Expo. The room was comfortable and clean. We were able to get a good nights sleep both nights. Breakfast had a good variety, however the person replenishing the food did a poor job. We went to eat around 7am, left at 8am and the only thing replenished on the breakfast bar was the coffee. The second day was a bit better. We would stay again, but would not count on the breakfast.

Hotel manager printed up wrong receipt upon check-in. Why did other party pay $39.99 for the same room I paid $49.99?
There was a fair sized hole in the ceiling above the showerhead.

When I tried to call hotel for information, I had to call three times before anyone picked up the phone. I was told they could not answer my question and they did not know when a manager would be in. There was an odd smell in the room. The beds were comfortable though. The continental breakfast consisted of toast, instant oatmeal, donuts, coffee, apple or orange juice.
