Dump. I didn't stay even though I had prepaid. I want my money back.

This dank motel smelled of rotting rodents, had no air conditioning, and was right next to a school. No privacy and no quiet. I want my money back. What a rip off.

Directions from the Kona Int'l Airport: Depart Kona Int'l Airport. At the stop light, turn left (North) onto Queen Kaahumanu Hwy., (Hwy. #19) and drive for 19.5 miles. Turn left onto Mauna Lani Dr. Drive 1.5 miles. At the traffic round a bout, take the second exit towards the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. Proceed forward and turn left at the second street on your left. The check-in office is the building on the left prior to the gated entrance. A staff member will be available to personally check you in, issue keys to your unit and answer any questions you may have.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani provide a home away from home in the beautiful Mauna Lani resort, a stone's throw from the Fairmont Orchid and Mauna Lani Bay Hotels. Two and three bedroom town homes with private garage and no upstairs neighbors with views of the golf course or a pool and park view.
With access to spa , tennis and fitness center and the Mauna Lani Beach Club nearby in the Mauna Lani Resort.
Guest Arrival and Departure: Check in and check out at Outrigger Condominium Collection at the Kings' Shops, 250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13. We highly recommend that guests rent a car. One complimentary parking stall is available in the unit's garage.
Front desk hours: 9am until 7pm daily. Please contact the front desk on the day of arrival if you expect to check in after 7pm.
