*Drive up the hill veering slightly right to the front office/pool area

We want to inform you that Valley Isle Apartment Owners Association (AOAO) has approved the elevators project in this building. Each elevator will be worked on alternatively during February 16 to late April, 2009. One elevator will remain in use to minimize the impact on your vacation. However, due to the size of the resort you should expect delays at the elevator.

At this point, we do not yet have a specific work schedule, but the work hours of such projects usually run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

Beginning March 15, 2009, Castle Resorts will provide mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer, which includes changing of linens and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of bathrooms as well as kitchens. As a result, this properties will not be offering daily maid service in lieu of this mid-stay clean. Daily maid service will be honored for any reservations that are booked prior to March 15, 2009. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
