Castle Kaha Lani Condominium Resort

This "Condo/Hotel" may not have that "resorty" feel you may looking for, but it has charm. It takes you back to when we didn't need too much to be impressed, and let's you to comfortably enjoy the scenery and the beautiful Island of Kaua'i. It is in the prefect location to access the city of Lihu'e, the North and South shores of the island and shopping is just a few miles down the road to the North. Lydgate park just NE of the condo is within walking distance, and is a great place for the keiki (kids) to play in the water (since the east shore can have rougher surf); they have made a nice break wall in this park, so it is very safe for kids and adults a like. The condo itself was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay on island very relaxing and enjoyable. They keep the condo, the grounds, and the pool area very neat and clean. The staff was personalable, and showed "Aloha" every time. Over all great experience- we would for sure recommed this location to Ohana and friends, and this is where we will stay in the future!

Not quite as nice as it looked in the pictures. The office doesn't stay open at night, so guests coming late have to call ahead. Otherwise, it was a good location for places on the East side of the island.

This was a real treat to find a condo so close to the ocean and the state park next to it. The complex was well maintained and the grounds manicured daily. We could walk to the beach and could watch the whales play on several mornings. Our particular condo could have had the carpets cleaned. The management offered another condo but we had already unpacked etc. April at the office was very helpful and accomodating.

Staff was great. Condo was in convenient location to access both ends of the island. Resort was quiet. Great views of ocean with access to walking paths right along the ocean. Can walk to Lydgate Park for safe swimming. Resort had security staff throughout the night--never had any problems. Well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze especially using local produce from so many farmers' markets. Resort laundry room was clean and up to date--much appreciated.

We were not expecting high luxury but were so pleasantly surprised by our spacious and comfortable condo, I would return in a heartbeat. Located on the east side of the island, it was perfect for touring the north and the south ends of Kauai. Plenty to do in the area and convenient grocery shopping just up the road allowed us to save money on meals and get a real taste for how the locals live. Our views facing the ocean were beautiful and the pool seemed attractive and sufficient although we never used it. Although a little dated in construction, the decor was clean and cheerful. Bring earplugs though since the island is overrun by roosters.

We loved having our own "home place" to relax in after hiking and snorkeling. Very casual, no frills type of place.

WONDERFUL OCEAN FRONT CONDO GREAT SWIMMING BEACH NEAR BY. GREAT LOCATION. WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

We were travelling as an extended family so this was our home base while in Kaua'i. The kitchen was well stocked and we had ample room for food prep. The location was central to most activities on the island. The rooms were cleaned once during the week which was a little scant but towels for the beach were resupplied every day. We would have preferred a washer/dryer in the room to do our own laundry and beach towels. The laundromat ate our quarters and was inconvenient to use.

The place is nice, everthing is furnish..the view is awesome but on the last night our kitchen and bedroom lights fuels were blown so we don't have any lights for those area. Other then that it was a great place.

a perfect home away from home.. a great value for money... all the amenities for a homely stay was there... Location of the Condo is perfectly central, which is quite helpful in planning your trip...
