Outstanding Stay!
We came to dubuque for a business conference and had a very comfortable stay. Very attentive staff. I stay at lot of hotels and I would I would rate this at near top. I was looking for a good value hotel, and not a cheap motel. I will return. Thank you.

Bad Management, don't stay here!
We had made reservations weeks in advance for a two night stay for our extended family to visit the Dubuque area. When we arrived, the desk person informed us that they only had reservations for one night. The desk person called the Manager to the desk to help us. The Manager ([...]) informed us that they were full on the second night and that there was nothing he could do for us. He made some feeble attempts to find us rooms. I even confronted him and told him that we were doing his work for him- he didn't seem to know what customer service is. We spent the next 2+ hours on their lobby computer finding our own accommodations while the Manager left the hotel to "run some errands". We ended up finding much better accommodations at the Timmerman's Resort in East Dubuque. Also, the pictures on their website are misleading. The hotel lobby is nothing more than a small hallway. The pool is smaller than most hot tubs. Don't be deceived. This hotel needs new management!

Nice for what we needed!
We needed a hotel because we were going skiing. It has a great location by the resort. Very clean and tidy! Nice selection at breakfast, just a little crowded. Would have liked a hot tub, but still got just want we needed for the trip!

the a/c smelled when turned on! room had no place to hang clothes.musky smell through out the room.would never consider staying here again and will tell all my friends about it.the pool is very small and not swept clean. the water was ice cold. the breakfast was great!!!

Wedding guest.
The fact that the entire hotel was smoke-free was great! That is very important when your spouse is highly allergic to tobacco smoke.
