Very Impressed
I usually stay at another hotel when I go to Dubuque but that one was booked. I thought I would try the Fairfield. I arrived early and my room was not ready yet, however they let me check in early and gave me the key to the room. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful. My only complaint would be that there weren't enough parking spaces. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Fairfield again.

Dubuque is awesome!
Second visit within a month to Dubuque. Stayed at same hotel last time. This time it lacked everything!!! Room was small and horrible. Staff not as friendly. Noisy. Dubuque itself is wonderful - Mississippi River Museum and the Arboretum are fantastic, a must see. Would not recommend hotel due to this stay though.

Wonderful staff, great town to visit
Would definitely come back! Everything was excellent except could hear rooms around us and on top of us, and from the hallway. (We were on the 2nd floor and there were 3 floors.) But quiet when everything settled down and slept well. Next time in Dubuque I will use this hotel!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable
We stayed in Room 301, which is tucked back in the corner away from all other rooms. It was hands down the most quiet room we've ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good, too.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend
This hotel is great. Nice sized, clean rooms. Bed is comfortable, showers are hot. Hot tub feels good after a day of skiing at Chestnut mtn. Breakfast includes good quality items like oatmeal, fruit, and boiled eggs. the kids like the waffles.

Nice Hotel Stay
Just spent the night after a day of driving. Was nice to have a decent hotel with nice rooms, nice staff, and a great continental breakfast in the morning!

Wonderful bed, very comfortable
Wonderful beds, clean and neat rooms, very friendly staff. The only bad thing was the 3pm check in, wished we could have checked in earlier.
