The location was great... beautiful! The staff needs to work on making people feel welcome... never explained anything about the hotel. . never asked if it was our first time... They are missng a little personal touch. Did not let us know what was available at their hotel... first time there would have been nice.

Our stay was uneventful here. One thing is the hotel restauant was good with reasonable prices. The waterpark was a little smaller than expected but kids seemed to have fun. Yes, I would stay here again.

Great getaway with kids
Being on banks of Missisipi river makes it a great location. Hotel waterpark is fun for kids and family together. Good food & live music at Tony Roma's. Hotel staff is very friendly. Excellent value at the price paid :-).

Dina and happy family
Beyond expectations!
Our family travels a lot and we all were really glad that this hotel meets all our expectations! Location is very good, we can walk to many interesting places, like River museum, Boats rides, Restaurants, etc. Water park was great, so the River walk by the hotel. Room was really clean, Staff - very helpful , so we have no complains about our stay, and will be back there soon. Beautiful City!

Traveling girl
Winning place to stay
We were looking for a room for just one night to celebrate my husband's birthday and decided to stay near the casinos to try our luck. Rate was so much lower than what was available directly from the hotel! Room was nice, with a fantastic view of the Mississippi River. Even though they have a huge water park, we were not disturbed by any children running in the halls, etc. Had breakfast at Tony Roma's (a first) and it was very good. We "won" with a great deal for the hotel, lost a little at the casino, but all-in-all a great trip. Would recommend highly.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Bring a book and spend a quite hour or so sitting on the benches lining the River. More ambitious people could take a run along with River also. It is a very nice area. It would be spectacular in the fall! Casino is quite fun also.
