Whether you're here for business or pleasure, we hope you'll take time to enjoy our delicious complimentary continental breakfast featuring our delicious Ham, Egg and Chedder Breakfast Quiche and Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches. including healthy on-the-go items, our newly equipped 24 hour fitness center or our relaxing pool and hot tub. We are conveniently located just minutes from the new Hwy 63 where we are halfway between Burlington and Des Moines. We are a short drive from Indian Hills Community College, The Beach Ottumwa Water Park, Quincy Place Mall, picturesque Cedar Creek Golf Course, the new state-of-the-art Bridge View Center and the beautiful Des Moines River. Come stay with us during some of Southeast Iowa's annual events including Ottumwa's Pro Balloon Races, the Iowa State USBC Bowling Tournament, the Blakesburg Antique Fly-In, Midwest Old Threshers Reunion and Pella Tulip Festival.
