Hotel staff was cordial; room was unremarkable. For business travel, I do not need fancy or exceptional. The hotel allowed me to concentrate on my meetings and not fret about lodging.

Short drive from hotel
Within a few yards and up to a mile away were plenty of dining places. The hotel had a breakfast buffet but no restaurant. The neighborhood had several places for fast food and seated dining.

Nice place
We always stay at this hotel when we are in Sioux City. The hotel staff is very friendly and accomidating. Honestly, the hospitality and cleanliness are great. I would have given them 5 stars but the pool was cold, which it normally isnt. We make the trip to Sioux City just to get away from home and look forward to swimming. But the pool was FREEZING! I couldnt even swim which is unusual. The rate is very affodable and the rooms are very nice.

room cleaning
The hotel staff left me a note that since someone had placed a do not disturb note on the room door they would not clean the room. We left at 7 am and returned at 10 pm I felt that at some time during this time they would have wondered what was going on but they choose not to clean the room. I wondered if they were just short staffed and didn?t want to clean the room. I felt that if they were going to take a short cut and not clean the room then I should have gotten a discount.

great motel
we were very pleased the facilities were very clean and located where we could get to everything we wanted to do in a few minutes
