One night stay
No special amenities. Room comfort was marginal at best as air conditioner barely worked and mgmt did not seem concerned that it did not. Supposedly could not be moved as they were "full". Staff not real attentive nor interested in problem. Given this problem and the fact the shower had little pressure the value was not good. Would not issue a receipt for the stay. I will not utilize this motel for future trips or visits.

Texas Roadhouse an excellent place to eat. Steaks and all the meal was very good. Prices were very reasonable. Would recommend it highly!

The pool was small, but was great for our family. The room itself was clean. The entrence way was dirty. Our room smelled like smoke--we were the 1st non smoking room next to the smoking section.

A restaurant that is really close. It starts with an E.... that is all that I can remember about the name. Great food though and a romantic environment.

Fine Price But Next to Railroad
Convenient Location but difficult to get a good rest with the hotel being next to the railroad line.

Don't recommend staying here
The air conditioner didn't work which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The hot tub wasn't working either. The toilet didn't flush well.They ran out of milk (for cereal)during the early hours of breakfast and 30 minutes later still didn't have any. Nobody was around to wipe down the tables during breakfast. Website stated they allowed dogs (no weight limit) but when we got there we were told that as of 2 months ago they only accepted dogs under 30 pounds (our Golden Retriever weighed 85 pounds. Fortunately, the manager allowed us to stay with the dog.

Check on room before staying here
I had reserved one room with 2 double beds [...] and when we arrived the hotel gave us our room but the room was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and they had only 1 room with 1 double bed. I was not pleased that the room I had reserved and paid for in advance was not available.

had forgotten their amenites and they did not mentioned...the interned pc was not in site until the next morning when leaving...not the night before nor did they mention the exercise room....the pool appeared dirty

Good overnight stay
Hotel was a good overnight stay. The rooms were very clean. Air conditioner was making noise, but maintenance took care of it promptly. Could have used more tables for seating in the breakfast area. Great value as compared to LeMars, only 20 miles up the road.
