Nice and Clean
In the Des Moines Area for business for 2 nights. Was very nice to come back to a room that was beyond clean and comfortable. Travel for job approx 50% of the year and this was one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. Staff was not the friendliest but your not there to visit them anyway

was ok for the price
I was at first very happy that they converted our single room two double bed reservation into two rooms with King beds at the same price. But one room had a horrible smoky smell even though it said non-smoking and there was no shampoo or daily maid service. Otherwise it was good location, liked the free internet. It was noisy only because I had to keep the windows open to relieve the smell

Fantastic Stay
Fantastic Stay with a phone even in the bathroom. The only downer was not enough countertop for a george formen grill. Be sure to turn off coffee maker when leaving room. Many sports channels but no scifi. The bed was fantastic, nice and firm.

Meh
I recognize this is an extended stay hotel, so I give them some credit when I give the review. I stayed one night at the hotel. I checked in late, the desk closes after 11PM and if you call no one picks up. Orbitz or the hotel didn't send me a confirmation number, and when I got there I had to page the night clerk (the lobby was locked) to help us out. The night clerk was very helpful however and deserves credit for how much energy he had at night. Still, the hotel shouldn't have lost my confirmation from Orbitz and the lobby should pick up their phone. There's no extras like lotion, shampoo etc, I guess because it's an extended stay they want you to bring your own. I was there for one night and it was the cheapest hotel I found through my iPhones app, next time I'll avoid this brand unless I'm staying longer then a night. In addition, the key cards for the doors are frustrating, the refrigerators are LOUD and keep you up, and out of this business trip (four hotels I stayed at) I think this was the worst.

Time-saving tip:
Not Applicable
Get to the hotel before 11PM, and confirm your reservation before then it'll make your check in process easier (but no other hotel I've stayed at needs this....)

No breakfast
I did not know this was an extended stay motel. I guess it would be OK for a longer stay. We were only there for one nite.
