Horribly disgusting
There were dead bugs all over on floor...no toilet paper on roll in the bathroom and no soap in shower either!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Also big holes in the wall where pictures were once hanging. Wouldnt wish this place on anybody. Terrible place and am hoping i get some sort of reimbursement!!!!

Americas Best Value Inn STAY AWAY
No clock in the room. All electric outlets were full and required going without a light to plug in my laptop. I will never stay here again. My car alarm went off in the middle of the night and when I went to investigate, there were several people around my car. security is non existant. I reccomend you remove this motel from your offerings.

All in all? Good weekend
Was very annoyed that roofers and pounding started so early in the morning on the weekends. Saturday wasnt so bad we had to be on the move early. However, on Sunday I would have rather been able to sleep, then to be woke up at 8 a m with loud construction noise.Was offered a room move away from the noise but declined not realizing the Sunday schedule. I wish it would have been posted on the description prior to booking.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. They didn't tell us there was no Sunday Maid Service. We checked in on a Saturday and didn't get maid service until Monday morning. The refrigerator in the room would turn on but never got cold. The Ice Machine was inoperative as well. The hotel was a short drive from everything though.

The Brickhouse restaurant is excellent. Superior service, the food is excellent and the prices are moderately inexpensive. The best cup of coffee I've had in a long time!

not what it seems
At first glance for the money it seemed alright. But as we settled in there was a lot of maintenance that need to be done. The headboard on the bed was falling off the wall. Light bulbs that didn't work. The faucet for the tub and shower came out of the wall when you pulled it on. Caulking was coming off and moldy. Very poorly maintained. Also the door stuck to the rug when you tried to open and close it. Won't stay there again.

GREAT STAY FOR LESS
THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR OUR TRIP. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THE OWNER/OPERATOR WAS VERY ATENTIVE TO WHAT WE NEEDED AND CAME TO MAK SURE THE ROOM WAS TO OUR LIKING. WHATEVER WE NEEDED, HE PERSONALY SAW TO. TE ONLY THING THAT WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THEY WEE REPAVING THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM FOR TWO DAYS. OVERALL A GREAT STAY.

Good enough for the price
The location worked for where I needed to be.Not close to any food or shopping.The rooms were ok for the price except my fridge didn't work.The staff didn't speak very good english and was hard to understand.

Yuck, Yuck, YUCK!!!!!
We reserved 2 rooms, they were both supposed to be non smoking, but they both smelled awful and all the sheets had cigerette burns on them. For $60-70 it was an all around disappointing place to stay. If we had seen the rooms before paying... NEVER would have stayed there even out of desperation!

Skip this one
The carpet in the room was so filthy I didn't want to take off my shoes. The microwave cord wouldn't reach any of the plugs. Breakfast? Cereal and packaged muffins. Overall - wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Great Price , Pool Great, Location Great
The shower head was spraying everywhere in bathroom. No light bulbs in lights except for by the sink. Fridge was cold and ready to go which is good thang
