Ok for a one night stay
It was ok. The room was clean. The hot tub did not work. The juice machine did not work at breakfast. There was no attention to detail on these amenities. Both of these should have had work arounds. Looked to me like the hot tub was inop for some time.

Poor mgmt
Had an issue I needed to discuss with a manager and he kept avoiding me. My problem never was resolved and I will NOT be staying there again. I was actually staying there for a second time and had issues the first time. The GM sent me an e-mail to give me a discount on my next stay. The hotel would not honor it, and of course the said GM does not work for the company anymore. What a circus.

The really bad baymont
This was THE worst so far in 2011 for us.Little did I know we would have another bad stay two weeks laterin another city.If I could put negative stars here I would.When webooked it we requested a first floor room..they tried to pu us upstairs with no elevator,and we have health issues.There was one outlet with four ports three of which were being used by the tv,light and frig.That leaves one outlet,plus that silly one at the base of the lamp. I bring my portable sewing machine and serger when I travel for more than two days,we were there for four very long days.I had to re-route my cords half way accross the room.The hvac was LOUD all the time,you couldn't stand at the mirror and also get out of the door,really poorly designed.The frig wasn't actually a frig ..it was a freezer.It froze everything unless you propped the door open.On to the pool area.. what a disaster!!The cholrine had no way to ventilate out of the locked room,the "spa" hadn't been serviced since the day it opened,it was gross on the sides and had the loose stones from around the pool in the bottom.The surface around the pool was not maintained in the last ...decade??There were water dropps the size of dimes on the celing so it had the effect of a chlorinated jungle, without the foliage.They also don't know how to use a crevice tool on the vaccum either,as they was debris around the bed...nuff said,but I could go on..and on..

Good Value
Was quiet, housekeeping was accommodating, especially one day I remained in the room. I liked the location was close enough to walk to eating establishments, and the mall was right across the street.

Weekend Getaway
The room was pretty nice, and the service was alright. Was content with the hotel because we only wanted to get away for a few nights!

frustrated

Confusion with the reservation. Hotel checked me out when I had two nights reserved. They gave the room to someone else that walked in on me. Very awkward for both of us. Desk lady tried to kick me out of the hotel at 9pm stating they had the room reserved for someone else. Very stressful and apology not offered until the next day when they cleared up their confusion (and not from the lady that needed to do the apologizing). No compensation offered.

NIce room
I had a king suite with a whirlpool. The whirlpool was great and the room was quiet. The bed,however was very hard and uncomfortable.
