Just an overnight!
Our room was clean and comfortable. When I filled out the request for lodging I did not find a spot to mark discounts such as Government (VA Hospital) and or AARP.When we arrived and asked re a Government discount we were informed we could not get one as we had used to internet to make our reservation. The savings would have been considerable. Do not understand why this happened. The three adults in our party will not be interested in using [...] in the future.

most dissapointing
I was very disapointed, I picked this chain because fairfeild inns are usually very nice with nice linnens, but this on has a dirty lobby and halls. the room was clean but that was about it. Breakfast was disapointing. The pool water was hot and the room was very stuffy.

Very pretty, comfortable!
IT was a wonderful trip. We went to see family. And a Panera's in walking distance! The hotel was clean and very pretty.The staff was so nice and helpful. We loved it there.

Poor wheelchair access at front entry
Staff was very friendly. The room was very attractive and very clean. I was quite disturbed by the fact that, if you are in a wheelchair, when you come to the front entrance of the hotel, there is no automatic door opener. The staff assured me that they would come and open and hold open the door for anyone in a wheelchair. I guess we just have to trust that they will see that a guest needs assistance at the front door.

Great location for family fun!!!
We enjoyed our stay at the fairfeild. We had a clean room and the location was great!!! Right next to shopping, food and the Water park!
