Great for business trip!
We had a great stay with Ramada being it was a very, very stressful time for us. they have places to eat all over near there. The staff was great, all was very nice. If I ever had to go to Waterloo, Ia again I would use the Ramada for sure. I can't see how they could make the stay any more comfortable then it was. Thank you Orbitz and Ramada.

very disappointing
first the pool was closed for repairs so kids couldn't swim, next snack machine didn't work lost money, staff said needed correct change, then pool table didn't work, and finally two drunks couldn't get into their room so made noise in hallway at about 2 am.

North Dakota traveler
Very Good
Stayed two nights while in town for a wedding. The weather was muggy, but the air conditioner was on in our room prior to our arrival. The staff was friendly. They had a shuttle to take us to the mall or the wedding reception. The one bad thing was that parking was in a public lot across from the hotel. We had our ticket validated, but using it would not raise the gate when trying to leave the ramp.

About a block from the hotel was an Italian restaurant called the Brown Bottle. Good food and lots of it.
