BEST WESTERN PLUS Vista Inn at the Airport

Clean, comfortable. Appreciated free parking, breakfast, coffee and cookies in the lobby, access to computer in lobby, and free wifi in the rooms.

Needed to be in Boise for business in a nearby community and wanted to be close to another individual who was going along. This motel was convenient to both, reasonably priced, comfortable, and clean. There are many rooms that are accessible from the interior concourse of the motel which was also very nicely appointed, with seating areas and computer kiosks.

We were in Boise for the all-star football game our son was playing in. When we checked in we were informed that they were replacing the carpet on the inside of the hotel so our room had outside access only. This wouldn't have been so bad but part of the reason we stayed at a hotel is so our kids could swim. Our reservation stated we had two kids staying with us but our room was on the opposite side of the hotel as the pool. We had to walk outside from one end to the other to the pool. The next day we were up early for breakfast. There is no where to eat breakfast. They only had a few tables. Breakfast was prepackaged things like danishes and breakfast burritos you could put in the microwave. We returned to the hotel after a long afternoon of sitting in the sun and when we got back our hotel key wouldn't work. They had to reprogram them. The pool is supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. We were swimming and at 10:45 pm. The security guard came and told us we had to get out of the pool. There were no pool towels left and we had to wait while my husband ran down to the front desk to get us towels. The security guard sat and watched us and waited until we left the pool area. I was hoping for a nice realxing time but didn't get it.

Great hotel for an early morning flight. Easy access to the Boise Airport, free parking while we were traveling, clean hotel, courteous staff and efficient shuttle service.

Good room with comfortable beds and it was in a convienent location.

I stay often prior to departure or following arrival from Boise airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and efficient.

The room was nice, rather small though. The pool wasn't that big, nor did it have a bigger shallow end for little kids. Their breakfast is most definetly lacking, especially again for little kids. If I had known it would only have a few good things, I would have invested a little more money in a different hotel. But it is not without hope, with a few repairs it would be better.

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with kind and helpful front desk staff. The hotel is nice and clean and the sleeping rooms are very clean and updated. I loved the bed, flat screen TV and the grante counter tops. It was like having all the comforts of home. I really appreciated all the little details. The breakfast had a large variety to choose from. I also attended a meeting there and Wow! what nice meeting space they have.

First time I have stayed at the Vista Inn and will plan on staying there for future trips to Boise. The room was a great value. I really liked the comfortable beds with all white linen, HD TV's and nice breakfast. The friendly employees were also appreciated. It is definately a Plus!
