Great vacation!

Well Done
Good location. Was advertised as "airport" but is in town and close to the airport. The view of the river sealed the deal. A good value for overnighting.

Great Choice
I was more than pleased to find this hotel was conveniently close enough to the airport but more importantly smack dab in the midst of a lot of really nice shops and restaurants and other entertainment venues. The room was extremely comfortable and cleaned and freshened daily. I am sure to select this place when I travel to Boise again.

We talked to the hotel earlier that day and when we got there we were given a room with 2 double beds. Online when booking I had requested a king bed and the front desk clerk knew from our call that we were on our way. She said that they gave our room away because they did not know if we were coming. Very annoying to pay for a king and get two small beds.

Stress Free for New College Student & Family
Arriving in Boise late was no problem and being able to room next to grandma and grandpa was no problem. With first year college student and first child to go to college we were very pleased with the accomodation and "no problem" attidude of the staff. Very clean, friendly atmostphere. We took advantage of the swiming pool and Continental breakfast was great. Definately will stay there again..

great hotel! friendly staff
Location was fairly easy to get to, but away from the airport which was fine by me. The staff was very friendly! Accommodations were well appointed. Only negatives - TV channels were fuzzy, there was a used napkin in the corner that the cleaning staff missed, and there was a buzzing sound coming from the floor below. Did not use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was OK - better than most continental offerings. You could also order food at anytime. Prices were pretty decent. I ordered a breakfast burrito at 9 PM just after I checked in. It was pretty good and only set me back $8. Overall, would definitely stay there again!

"Unbeatable location for the price

Great location with nice staff and rooms
I've stayed at this hotel in the past prior to it's conversion to a Hyatt facility. While the location was great the service and accommodations were only okay. What a huge improvement! The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very impressed will stay again.

Long Distance Traveler
Not one complaint, great place to stay.
Stayed at the Hyatt while traveling across the country. Staff was very friendly, room was immaculate and very comfortable. It was very convenient to be able to order food at anytime in the lobby. Very happy with the breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more out of a one night stay.

Comfortable room
Room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast had good fresh fruit. One small problem -- there was no open power outlet near the bed. To plug anything in, you need to unplug the alarm clock or the lamps.
