Family winter getaway
Having stayed at many Holiday Inns and hotels of similar class, I was really impressed by the number and quality of amenities this one had to offer. The staff were great - from the front desk staff to the ladies working the breakfast bar. Only complaint was that housekeeping staff didn't come to clean our room after our first night there.

Dog Lovers Only
Dogs everywhere, including one of the largest dogs I've ever seen seemingly "living" in the lobby and kitchen areas and taken care of by the staff. When the dog came toward my children and barked, the staff laughed it off by saying "he's so nice," even while my daughter was screaming. The dog problem is unfortunate, considering that the rest of the hotel was very nice and the room spacious for a family.

Excellent night
The 24 hour pool kept our two boys entertained for hours! They also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning - the biscuits and gravy were a big hit. I enjoyed the bagels and fresh fruit.

Great value and amenities!
Great breakfast and there was a dinner offering, as well. The pool is open 24 hrs and is a nice size. Even though they were completely booked the night we stayed, our room was quiet. Staff was very courteous. Great location just off the interstate, close to downtown/the lake, as well.

Staff was extremely helpful. On return stay we were selected as guests of the day and received an upgrade to a king size room.

Grt. loc. & close proximity to evrything
My sister and I were visiting our sick Mom. We chose this hotel has it was only 40 min. from the Spokane airport and 30 min. to where our Mom is living in Spirit Lake. The hotel is close to the main highways.Only a short drive to the center of town in Coeur D'alene. Also close to dining and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel as the staff was super friendly and helpful in every respect. The daily complimentry breakfast was excellent and you can have coffee all day long. They also serve milk and cookies at 7p.m. Beds were comfortable. Great bathrooms and clean. I recommend this hotel highly to anyone

Holiday Inn Express in Coeur D'Alene
Room was always clean and well tended to, liked the morning breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay for others and would stay again if I come to the area in the future.
