I attended a weekend course in Idaho Falls. The Hampton Inn was excellent in every way, other than a mild musty smell from the shower curtain, and the corner of the sheet popped off the bed 2x during the night

The room was comfortable and clean although there was an unpleasant odor. I would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The hot tub did not appear to be very clean so we didn't use it.
Over all it was ok for the time we spent there.

Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday, just needed a bedroom as we spent all of our time with family. Nothing fancy just the basics and it was clean. There 4 nights, maid service only 3 of the 4 days - may be because it was a holiday since the missed day was Thanksgiving??

The room was clean, comfortable, little extra like more pillows, lots of towels, makeup wipe, lotion, quiet, two phones, and the pool so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice in the morning with nice staff. They even gave a special little treat for my kids in the morning.

We were there for our first honeymoon in seven years and to see family and the fireworks show, this place that we stayed in had unpleasant showers, the toilet was hard to flush and we did not get the room that we requested. basically it was not what we had expected and we were unhappy

Hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities: Fridge, Microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Main drawback; the breakfast at the restaurant was mediocre and the lounge service was mediocre. It took more than ten minute to be acknowledged and the lounge was far from busy. However all the rest of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dog friendly rooms are very clean and easy for my pet. Would stay here again in a minute. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Back door opens to walking path along the river. All in all, a really nice place to spent a night.

We enjoyed getting a room with a view of the Temple and river. We took the opportunity to walk along the river. I must say I have never before seen geese come to a sliding stop as they landed on ice. It was a three-point landing.
I enjoyed the security of using the room key-card to enter the building. I liked being given the access code for the gate that allowed us to walk over to the green-belt along the river. We saw a jogger try the gate after we passed through but he didn't have the code. Nice feeling of security.
Beautiful lobby and nice complimentry breakfast. The early bird gets the cinnamon rolls.

Great place for an overnight stay for our family (4 rooms - 8 children prior to going to Bear World and Yellowstone the next day.
Nice buffet breakfast, wasn't sure why two rooms booked through another travel company included free buffet for those in their rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn did not feel like a family hotel. It was very nice, clean and bright. It did not give off a friendly vibe. Would be great for a business traveler. The price was great. The beds were very comfy. the fitness center was super. The view was beautiful with a great area to walk. We will stay every time we are traveling through.

For the price, this hotel was more than adequate. The room was clean and had all the basics, the free wi-fi was an added bonus. The London Cafe was a very pleasant surprise-tasty dinner and the free breakfast made the overall experience a great bargain. We will stay here again on our way through Idaho Falls.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and the rooms were so clean and gave off a really good homey feel to them. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

he best part was I could drive up to the Wal-Mart nearby and get groceries to cook in my room. For a road warrior, that makes a huge difference - healthy meals instead of the restaurant meals.

We were in Idaho Falls for a wedding and wanted to be close to downtown and the falls. Ameritel fit the bill well.

Really terrific hotel and a great value. Free wi-fi, in-room water/coffee/mini-fridge, fun little pool, and a complete complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Idaho Falls.
