Had a great time.
They have a wonderful breakfast - everything imaginable and the pool and hot tub were very nice. We enjoyed it so much we stayed there on the first and last day of our trip. Shuttle took us to airport. Staff were great. Very close to 4 or 5 restaurants you can walk to. Walking path around the Snake River was just a block away.

Nice hotel
The room very comfortable and the staff quick to fix a problem we had with the room. Location very easy to get to.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
While in this area be sure to drive to the Craters of the Moon. Like nothing else you will see. About a 45 minute drive but worth it. Be sure to bring the camera.

Working in Idaho Falls
Verry nice hotel, close to the downtown,resturants and the falls. Clean , comfortable and quiet.

Great hotel at a great price
Really terrific hotel and a great value. Free wi-fi, in-room water/coffee/mini-fridge, fun little pool, and a complete complimentary breakfast. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Idaho Falls.

Vacationing Grandma
Comfortable and pleasant stay
We spent 13 hours at this motel,we stayed here overnight in order to be close to the Idaho Falls Regional Airport for a ridiculously early morning flight. The airport is less than 10 minutes from the motel. The motel is clean, the room was spacious(enough space for us to spread out 3 suitcases to repack), the bathroom was clean, there were many luggage carts available, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the pool looked sparkly and even the stairways were carpeted. Lots of lights in the parking lot and all exterior doors to the parking lot locked, even in daylight.

There are two family chain restaurants within walking distance to this motel, you can park your car in the motel lot and not use it till you are ready to leave or sight see.

Texas Roadhouse - a must for anyone. Great to eat fresh peanuts and just "dispose" of them on the ground. Best ribs/steaks!!

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient
Compared to other hotels I have stayed in for the same rate, Ameritel met my expectations. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The hotel is located very close to both of the major interstates, and the main shopping area/downtown is only minutes away. If I was in Idaho Falls again, I would stay here.
