Disappointed Traveler
Not what I expected from Best Western
The room itself was nice. However the window on the second floor was right on a busy street. The hotel is located between two busy streets. VERY NOISY! Heard motorcycles and loud mufflers all night. My room was on the floor with the only smoking rooms in the hotel. I had to put a towel under the door to keep the smoke stink out of my room. I thought all Best Western's were smoke free. Had to ask for toilet paper as none was in the room. The breakfast was not maintained with food and drink. Had to constantly ask for items to be restocked and the selection was poor. I would not stay there again.

Good value for the money.
When we checked in both ladies at the front desk were prompt, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and looked modern, beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and clean, although the temperature in the pool area needs to be raised, it was a little too cold. The breakfast has a good variety of items to choose from. The problem we ran into both days we were there is that the eggs, sausage patties and gravy for the biscuits ran out fairly quickly and the lady that replenishes the items couldn't keep up. Would be nice if they get her some help to keep up with the demand.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Denny's is next door, also a nice restaurant across the street, Chili's and Applebee's just a few blocks up the street.

My review of Best Western CottonTree Inn
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the Best Western. We had plenty of room. The room was quiet. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved the pool as a family, it was large and the hot tub was nice. We would defininately stay at this Best Western again.
