Wonderful Hotel
Great hotel. Rooms are quiet and clean. Breakfast is very good (ate with relatives for dinner). Great views of the Snake River and wildlife. Walks along the river park are clean and safe. Will stay again!

Great place for our family to stay
Great place for an overnight stay for our family (4 rooms - 8 children prior to going to Bear World and Yellowstone the next day. Nice buffet breakfast, wasn't sure why two rooms booked through another travel company included free buffet for those in their rooms.

Worst night sleep I've ever had!!
Checkin was fine and the room looked great, but one jump on the bed and I knew this was going to be a rough night. the bed had zero spring to it!! it felt like I was sleeping on a bed made out of sand, hard sand! They claimed that the bed was a "sleep number" bed, but even changing the firmness did nothing at all to make the bed more comfortable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Your money would be better spent elsewhere, this place doesn't even have a breakfast! we paid $25 for an average meal. I do not recommend this hotel.

UNBEATALBE LOCATION IN IDAHO FALLS
EVRYTHING WAS SUPER,FOOD WAS GREAT,STAFF WAS OVER THE TOP IN HELPING AND VERY VERY FRIENDLY HAD A BILLING PROBLEM THEY DID ALL THEY COULD TO TRY TO RESOLVE.I RESOLVED THE PROBLEM WITH ORBITZ TODAY

a little stuffy
The Hilton Garden Inn did not feel like a family hotel. It was very nice, clean and bright. It did not give off a friendly vibe. Would be great for a business traveler. The price was great. The beds were very comfy. the fitness center was super. The view was beautiful with a great area to walk. We will stay every time we are traveling through.
