Great Family Hotel - Great Location

Family reunion getaway
Quiet, comfortable accommodations. I am somewhat handicapped, and staff was gratious in helping with my bags and offered any assistance I needed. The complimentary breakfast was great. We love staying in hotels like this instead of driving a big unit around the country.

Great Place to Getaway
We have stayed at the Ameritel Inn Spectrum several times and have never had a bad stay. We come to Idaho Falls to visit family several times a year. The staff are always helpful and friendly, the rooms are very nice. The breakfast offered is a great amenity. It would be a plus in the future if the front desk would have the ability to cash a personal check for their guests, however.

The nicest room we had ever stayed in and the cleanest. The hotel had upgraded us to a top floor room and it would have been worth the extra money. Had a second level with a hot tub and t.v. Everything was crisp and clean.

By far this was the best hotel that I have stayed in yet for business. I travel for business 2 weeks per month and this hotel had everything that I needed. The location was great and close to everything you need is within walking distance. The staff was absolutely first class. The room was clean and the FULL HOT breakfast saved me soooo much money. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

In Hotel
Since this trip was for business. It was so very cost effective to have a gym, pool, hot tub, full hot breakfast and a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. This alone saved me so much time and money. When I needed a grocery store, huge dept. store mall and movie theatre it was within walking distance as well as many restaurants. It's just too bad that there isn't an Ameritel everywhere I stay. Enjoy!

Clean, Quiet, Convenient
Our room was situated on the ground floor, near an exit with snow grates and I was worried about it being noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised that all of us slept through the night without interruption. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the things we look for - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, extra outlets, free wifi, comfy pillows. We had plenty of hot water; I took a hot soak in the tub while my husband and daughter went to the indoor pool & hot tub. Lots of variety in the complimentary breakfast - much more so than most hotels, including specialty coffee drinks and hot cocoa. Lots of conveniences nearby too! We were just passing through, but impressed with our stay.
