The hotel also offers a guest Laundromat, indoor pool, spa, sauna, steam room and fitness center. Free unlimited local and domestic long distance calls and free high-speed internet access now available in all rooms. Hotel is completely non-smoking.

Fun family outing
Clean, modern rooms with lots of open space. The pool provided lots of entertainment. Location was perfect. Nice view and easy access to the highway and shopping.

My family found the hotel to be comfortable for the price. The rooms were updated and clean. It smelled a little muggy but other than that it was ok. The free breakfast was gross.... I would have rather had a bagel. The food was so bad we had to go eat breakfast somewhere esle. Not to mention that our orange juice ended up having champagne in it! My wife and I both took a drink and told the server that something was wrong with it. She came back and said that it got mixed up with the orange juice from the bar... very gross and annoying (especially for my pregnant wife)

Great Service and Location
Our room was clean and overlooked the river and the Idaho Falls Temple. The staff was happy to accomidate our requests and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Good for the value but that's about it
Room had strong mildew smell...carpet wet under window ac unit. Very old and not very updated but it worked for 1 night.

A weekend family trip
The hotel was perfect located for the wedding that we attended. The room was very nice and clean and the staff very helpful. The pool, jacuzzi and exercise room outstanding. Breakfast was from 6:00 to 10:00 and make sure you plan to eat earlier because by 9:00AM there was hardly any food left.

Not a Bad Stay at All
This was a great place to stay.....there were some construction problems on our 2nd floor. They had pipes that were leaking and buckets to catch the water through out the floor. It smelled like mildew Big time. We could look past that if they would have dumped the buckets that were over flowing,hence the mildew smell. The breakfast was very nice and the views are amazing. with just a 5 min. walk to the Falls. The room itself was nice and the balcony was great for the view. All in all,I would Def. stay here again. A perk is The Sandpiper restaurant is right next door and the food was amazing.

Shilo inn
The outside looked old and worn but the inside was nice and well taken care. The few issues I had were there was a plate of food left out in the hallway, the pool was cold and the equipment in the gym did not work. Both the elliciptal and the bike were broke. Also went to use the laundry mat and was out of detergent. Went and told the front desk about it at 730 and still didnt have it fixed at 10.

To call ahead and ask if pool is working. We was told that it was and that the only thing that was not working was the hot tub.

Surprisingly Terrible
If you like loud parties going on below you and outside your window, this is the place for you. And if you hate hot showers, make sure you stay here. We were kept up late by the loud music and shouting outside our window until well after 1 am. When we awoke, the hot water was not working, and the staff was completely unhelpful. They just kept complaining about all the phone calls, as if it was something guests should expect?? They were completely unapologetic and though the breakfast was good, I would have traded it for a hot shower. What do you pay for with a hotel? A quiet night's sleep, a hot shower, and some food. One out of three is not good enough. I will not be staying there again and I recommend others avoid it, too.
